Services
Sometimes we lose connection with ourselves, our families, our communities, and our life purpose - often it is anxiety and depression and the root cause of these feelings and emotions that prevent us from thriving. Effective counseling can help you to re-connect. Trauma affects one in three people and the impacts can be devastating resulting in both mental health and physical challenges.
We use interventions and tools from the HeartMath Institute. These tools and interventions were developed from 28 years of research and case study results achieved from monitoring and evaluating the physiology of both negative and positive emotions, and the physiology of learning, resilience and performance.
A LENS session is typically shorter and the number of sessions required to experience significant shifts are considerably less. Clients are not required to engage in any form of training or other mental or physical activity during the LENS session as they are typically required to do in traditional forms of neurofeedback.
There are times in our lives when we need someone by our side to support us, to be our voice, or to be a "boots on the ground" person to support and advocate for you or your loved one. Sometimes understanding what actions need to be taken and in what order is challenging. We are here to identify and walk you through your current action plan, or to find other available options that may be more effective or preferable.
