Had an appointment on a Saturday morning, they told me they’d be here anytime between 9a-12p for chimney cleaning. They never showed up so I called around 12:15 just to see if they were running late and the office didn’t pick up the phone, couldn’t leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. They never showed up to my home or called me back.

I need a replacement chimney cap on my gas outlet chimney. They came out fairly quickly during the pandemic with masks. I appreciated that. They said had to order special cap. okay. Days went by didn't here anything Called. They said would be out waiting on part. More days goes buy. They come back to paint chimney, but have no cap. Said part not in yet. Wait again. Hear nothing. Called again same guy said "Part should be in monday" No word again. Finally I called and he said part will be in and he will install. He did finally come out and install it. Then I noticed about a week after that it was

The guys came quickly to do an inspection and clean out and they were so great to work with! Both wore masks, laid down drop clothes anywhere they were working and walking, but explained everything they were going to do and provided a full report after the inspection. Very professional and just nice guys!
