Cat Hospital On Park Street
Dr. Donna Repeta is a Rays fan who grew up in St. Petersburg. She came to The Cat Hospital on Park Street in 2006 and has owned the practice since March of 2015. She attended the University of Florida, where she was Captain of the UF Equestrian Team, and earned her doctorate in veterinary medicine, as well as a bachelor's degree in microbiology.

When not caring for the cats she loves, Dr. Repeta enjoys bike riding, gardening and quiet time with a good book. Dr. Repeta loves all aspects of Feline medicine and has a special fondness for helping cat lovers keep their older kitties happy and healthy. The Cat Hospital On Park Street offers you the option of ordering your pet's medications online.
Services
The Cat Hospital on Park Street is a cat only animal hospital located in St. Petersburg Florida. Devoting our office to one species has been a labor of love, and we feel that cats need their own special animal hospital for the best healing. Bubbling fountains, wind chimes and a cat-friendly attitude are unique touches here at The Cat Hospital On Park Street.
All of our veterinary technicians or nurses, are credentialed from the State of Florida. This means that each veterinary technician completed a minimum of two years of training in an accredited school providing a veterinary technician program and then had to also pass a comprehensive state accreditation examination.
For anyone who has endured the pain of losing a feline friend who has been part of their life for many years, the Memory Garden at The Cat Hospital can be a touching tribute and a way to bring closure to the relationship. Now she visits the Garden regularly and fondly remembers her friend every time she sees his rock.
Wellness visits are essential to the health and well being of all cats regardless of their life style. In the past vaccinations were the most important part of the yearly visit. Now the emphasis in feline medicine has shifted to early detection of illnesses. The American Veterinary Medical Association now recommends having semiannual exams on all cats regardless of lifestyle.
According to the American Association of Feline Practitioners, all cats should receive two core vaccines, the Rabies vaccine and the FVRCP vaccine which protects your cat from upper respiratory and viral diarrhea diseases. Kittens receive the first of three FVRCP vaccines at eight week of age; the second and third FVRCP vaccines are given at 3 week intervals.

I highly recommend this office for your furrbabies. The staff is so kind, understanding, very knowledgeable and most of all, you can tell how much they care and love helping you with any medical issues. My Sarah does not like to be held by anyone, but to my surprise, she let the tech pick her up. She was so comfortable at this facility, I just couldn't believe it. I am so blessed for finding this place and I highly recommend bringing your furrbaby here😻thank you to everyone that helped Sarah today, may you all have a wonderful evening

I LOVE this office. Cats-only is a big plus. I have been trying to treat certain issues with my cat for years with several different vets, and the Dr. here almost immediately prescribed a medication which has completely turned her around. She's never been happier or healthier, it's amazing to see.

I like that my cat doesn't have to add the stress of sitting in a waiting room with dogs. Good people who know what they are doing.

The staff is wonderful. But what I like the most is that it's ONLY cats. No loud dogs barking and scaring my furbabies.

Dr. Sutton and the team is extremely thorough, kind, genuine, attentive, and reassuring that your kitty and their health is always made a priority. The medical recommendations are always honest and never overly excessive. The prices are fair and reasonable which makes it absolutely affordable. Every decision is made as a team and you are always in the loop of all communication. I absolutely recommend everyone take their kitties of all ages here. Thank you and Love you guys!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value
This place is serious about its patients. They care more about my cats than my doctors care about me! They’re responsive, they call back when I have questions, check in regularly to see how my fur babies are doing, and they’re great with my pets.
