Lisa and Jenn patiently helped us look for our second home for almost 3 years! They never pushed or lost focus. We always felt like their number 1 priority. The two of them moved mountains when we finally found “the one” and made the selling process a breeze on top of that. Lisa and Jenn were an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with. Every neighborhood is different and they very much so understood the value of Lake Como proper in our case. They helped with staging (with their own items - not forcing us to pay for an expensive stager- thank you!), photography, and knew exactly what day and time to list to drive traffic but not too early that we had unwelcome guests before the open house. We were looking to move from Orlando to St. Pete and Lisa & Jenn were amazing to work with throughout the process. We were limited being able to commute over on the weekend to see properties and they booked us plenty of properties to see when we came over. Jenn and Lisa were the best! They made great suggestions of what to fix to get the house ready to sell, they helped me find contractor's to do the work, and they sold my house really fast. On top of that, they were extremely professional and are excellent negotiators. Lisa and Jen were the best real estate team I've ever worked with... and I've known several! Of course, they provided me with listings, comps, efficiently set up appointments to see different homes, and so on... Once we placed an offer, they also run interference between the sellers and I, and were there from beginning to end for the inspection as well as the closing. It was also extremely valuable for me to have them by my side when dealing with a difficult seller's agent. But their services extended well-beyond the "usual" realtors.
