The hunt for a mechanic is always stressful for me. Had my last for near 20 years. He retired. Found this place Ron help and the reviews sounded very good! I had a great experience with integrity. They were honestly priced and fairly quick with the work they did. I took my car in knowing that my ac was dead and that was all i wanted fixed. They ran their diagnostic and told me what I needed and there price was very reasonable for what it needed. They ad everything fixed in a Les than a couple days along with a list of other issues that if or when i want done i could have them do. With price breakdown and everything. Very happy with my ice cold ac now and will definitely be return for some of the other repairs it needs.

Heard about this local shop through a Phoenix, AZ message board (basically a referral), had an appointment pre-scheduled with Eric, brought my vehicle in for a general inspection and a Brake Fluid flush. Eric said the car looked great, and that despite me inquiring if the Radiator Hoses on my vehicle with 120,000 miles needed to be changed, he suggested to just leave them alone, it isn't necessary to replace them until probably 200,000 miles. I sincerely appreciated Eric's honesty on this, and they had me out within an hour so I was able to get to work. Cannot recommend them enough for Toyota or

Eric and his guys are wizards, i swear! My ac went out in my van and i had a few other mechanics try to fix it and they only made it worse and contaminated my whole system😠 after taking it to Eric i now have ice cold ac again! They TRULY live up to their name Integrity. They always go above and beyond and NEVER try to sell me something that i don't need! Thanks again guys!

Had eric realign my front-end after the lower control arms were replaced. one if the tires was severally cupping. they took me in right away and took care of my concerns for $89.00. Recently needed work on another vehicle, but they were booked for several weeks. Eric recommended Phoenix Body Works and they took care of my concerns.

First time. Didn’t have time to inspect & chase a problem. Tried them on a recommendation. Definitely honest. Truck has 265k miles, I do most my own work. Quick, honest, fair. The 3-4 items on “laundry list”/problems they noticed were all true/actual items I’ve noticed myself while under my truck, just haven’t fixed yet. Will use them again & would recommend them to someone who doesn’t know cars. They’re honest which is huge for many who don’t know otherwise.

First time customer, my wife's Impreza AC was acting up. After a few messages back and forth and some friendly advice on how to try to troubleshoot it ourselves we decided it was time to take it in. They replaced a left axle grease seal on my 2003 Jeep Wrangler Sport and did exactly what I asked and didn't rip me off unlike Action Auto Repair down the street plus showed me my old parts and made recommendations on future auto preventative maintenance-they offered me a 1 year warranty on parts and the repair.
I will see how long this repair lasts n hopefully it will be a permanent fix!
I would at this point recommend them as it is family run and they apparently (at this point) don't have to create work to feed the shop like bigger competitors.

I was referred to Eric after learning Gary from Gary's wheel alignment wasn't open due to an illness. Had my Lexus done with a (4) wheel alignment. I'm a picky **** about my steering wheel centered as part of the process. Eric made sure that my request was accomplished to my satisfaction. I was recommended to Intrgrity Auto from my car collector brother (who has 30 cars and is very particular. He rarely says nice things about anybody but when he said that he recommends ERIC at INTEGRITY AUTO, I took my 1995 Lexus SC400 to him. Eric's Integrity auto repair was recommended to me by one of my colleague who was nothing but praise for Eric. I came in to give the service a try and have never gone back anywhere else. Eric is VERY HONEST about the services needed for the vehicle and you can completely trust him. He called me once after i had paid for the service; to explain me there was a problem with the computer generated bill but the amount that he charged was right and explained me about it. I recommended the service to one of my friend and he was charged 800 bucks less than what the garbage dealerships had been quoting

Eric was recommended to my mom by her neighbor, who raved about him. She went and really liked him and when I was looking for an honest mechanic, because I was sick of the dealership garbage, I went to see him. I had a quote for some work on my 2001 Honda Accords that was almost $3,300 and he got the same work done for much less and I was sold after that!

It was truly a pleasure interacting with Brandi and Eric. They serviced my 2013 RAM 4x4 with front struts, rear shocks and new spark plugs. Eric explained everything that was done, and answered all my questions. Can't describe how nice it is working with the owners, and not a "service advisor" from the dealerships... highly recommend.

Then, when my truck had an annoying squeak that didn't go away I decided to return to Integrity vs. going to the dealer where I knew it would be expensive. Eric found that my rear breaks needed to be replaced and he gave me options - not just the most expensive solution.
I feel Eric is knowledgeable and skilled. l value his work and commitment to his customers. I will return to Eric for my auto repair needs. I highly recommend him.
