David Jones is a founder and co-managing partner of Jones Kahan Law. He was born-and-raised just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio, and earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University where he graduated with cum laude distinction. He earned his law degree at Northern Kentucky University's Chase College of Law and graduated magna cum laude.
Joel Buckley is the litigation managing attorney at Jones Kahan Law. He was born-and-raised in Youngstown, Ohio and earned his undergraduate degree from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Mr. Buckley then headed out west to attend law school at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.
Kevin Tern is an associate litigation attorney at Jones Kahan Law. He was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and earned his undergraduate degree in Biology at Bowling Green State University. He earned his law degree at Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law and graduated Cum Laude.
Mr. Tern joined the firm after practicing criminal law as an Assistant County Prosecutor where he prosecuted crimes from simple traffic infractions to more serious offenses such as domestic violence, DUI, and theft.His zealous advocacy for victim's rights is now being utilized to protect the rights of those wrongfully injured.

I just want to say that Joel Buckley is the best. He handled my automobile claim with precision and accuracy that I haven’t witnessed since my years in the military. He is a gentleman and a scholar. If I could give this firm negative stars I would. My entire shallow experience with this firm, was miserable. I didn't know at the time, my opinion of Kahan would be that he is greasy. He was referred to me and represented me the victim of a Auto Accident. There were many terrible transparency issues the entire time of his poor representation, and I feel he did not give me the best representation possible. In fact, in the middle of the case, after I would not agree with what the responsible insurance company offered, he then dropped me as a client. It was almost impossible to find new counsel,
