Bought and sold with Brittnee Sellers in 2020 and 2021 - can't say enough about how good of an experience it was. While we were searching for our new place she was always on top of new listing and opportunities (so important in this market!!) and her work on pricing, staging, and marketing our old condo was top notch. We worked with Lizzie Russo at City Chic and she was great! We really like the online platform they use that lets you review places and narrow down the options. We were moving from out of town so this was useful as it let us get a picture of what we were looking for. We then looked round 5 rental properties with Lizzie. It all went really smoothly, Lizzie was there to help us with all the details once we decided on a place, and she responded really quickly to all our emails with questions afterwards too. Exceptional! We worked with Lindsay (the owner) to sell our condo, even after we had already moved away. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond what we could have imagined. She was seriously the full-service agent. Because we weren't there, she handled all of the details and was physically at the unit in our absence when someone needed to be there. She provided sound advice when hiccups came along, which inevitably do, and took the time to walk us through our options. I cannot say enough nice things about the whole experience.
