Sandra manages several properties for me in the Spartanburg area. She's responsive both to me and tenants. Excellent communication. Above Property Management has been nothing short of amazing! They have been managing my property for a little less than a year and it has gone so smooth. This was my first time ever renting out a property so I was extremely nervous in the beginning. They are very patient and knowledgeable to all of my concerns. Payment is always on time and I trust that my property will be kept in the same condition that I would want it in.
