Complete Physique is an environment that not only offers a great workout but also promotes the many components of a healthy lifestyle without stress or pressure. We believe that working out and Lifestyle should not equate to the "Boulder Body Mentality", but seeing health and fitness as something bigger - it's a balance of daily activity, fun/play, healthy food choices (not obsession), spiritual balance, and relationships.

My mission is to create a Complete Physique that is not just another workout, but a community that supports each individual on their quest to create their own perfectly imperfect healthy lifestyle! Kathleen healed my tendonitis in 3 sessions of myofascial release. I was absolutely amazed by how quickly it worked! I had been doing PT for months with limited progress. Myofascial release is painful to say the least, but worked wonders!
I've also heard great things about the gym workouts, too!

Kathleen is an amazing trainer! She does a great job of making your workout personalized and comprehensive. She also creates a space in her gym that feels comfortable, accessible, and motivating. In a nutshell Kathleen Tormey is the best trainer I have used in over 30 years. At one time I was a very good athlete but after experiencing 20 surgeries in the last 5 years including a botched shoulder surgery I had just about given up hope,enter Kathleen. I train with her 5 days a week. Every workout is an adventure. She is caring, enthusiastic and pushes me but knows my limits. She is always up to date on the latest workouts, nutrition and natural supplements thus I give her a 11
out of a possible 10!

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I've been to several gyms and this one is hands down the best in Boulder. Special thank you to Kathleen for helping me lose some extra weight, eat better and look/feel great. Investing in your health is the best investment you'll ever make and there's no better place to do it. Very relaxed atmosphere and completely focused on YOU :)

My husband and I train together, but Kathleen is able to meet both of our differing fitness needs with skill and charm. I have been working out with Kathleen for more than two years now. She is knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, and really fun! I look forward to my workout sessions with her - and they are not easy! I feel very fit so it definitely has been worth it.
