I was about 12 years old when I joined, and this Martial Arts school has helped lay the most stable foundations of my life now; honor, respect, kindness, faith, honesty, diligence, thoughtfulness, self discipline, and the ability to free my mind and body of stress when needed.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Cru Z and Cru Allison. It is such a welcoming community, and my kids get so much more than just a fun place to expend some energy. They are learning self-respect and respect of others, to value family and community, and to harness their energy in a powerful and positive way. We love Tran's!!

I cannot say enough good things about TMA, such a great place with great people. Whatever your goals may be, they will help you realize them and so much more. I've been able to push myself physically and mentally further than I ever thought possible. My only regret is not starting my journey here years earlier. Tran's Martial Arts is a fantastic place to learn, get in shape, gain confidence, and be a part of a community. I had zero experience with martial arts, or even going to the gym, before I began taking classes here, but right from the beginning they were welcoming and supportive. I've been attending classes for over two years now and am so thankful I decided to join. Master Tran, Kru, and all the instructors are incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and invested in helping their students. Whether you are totally new to martial arts like I was, or an experienced nak muay, I cannot recommend Tran's

Just started coming a little over a month ago. Never done martial arts before in my life. Really like the environment. Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging. The variety of classes is perfect for me and I'm really happy when I leave. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to get into martial arts or with lots of experience.

Tran's is great! Our 5 and 7 year old attend. Their focus is on teaching martial arts and life skills (which has been great for our family.) Today we just completed their belt test which ended with new belts (martial arts skills), medals (life skills), and a trophy (110% award for the 7 yo.) Truly a great place! Go support them!

Amazing gym with welcoming instructors who push us to reach our personal goals. I came to the gym just over a year ago with no martial arts experience at all. I was looking to get into shape and learn something new, so the instructors recommended the fitness kickboxing classes for me. Since then I've improved my personal fitness and have began focusing more on the muay thai classes, where I can work on my technique and sparring. I am very grateful for this gym and would recommend them to anyone!
