I’ve had ic for about 12 years now and they used to be a great bank to deal with, but in the past couple years they have really gone downhill, they no longer care about their customers, their employees are always rude and unhelpful, their online banking is terrible and somehow my phone number on file has been changed on multiple occasions and they have no explanation, I recommend doing banking elsewhere if you’re considering IC, I will be switching myself

Been with them for 5 years, I got denied twice on a loan even though my credit score is very good, I will be closing my acct with them for good. At least workers credit union approved for my loan TWICE!!! I will let friends and family know not to bank with IC FEDERAL. Plus the online app is not accurate and online site as well!

Absolutely terrible! I have had a loan with them for over 3 years and I have never had an issue. Within the last 2 months all I have had is issues. Reporting a missed payment when a payment was never missed, but actually pay more than what the amount of the loan is and pay twice in a month...but that's a missed payment...huh, never would have known! Go somewhere else for banking/loan needs. Such a shame because until recently I had never had an issue and thought they were pretty good. Get it together IC before you mess up other people's credit scores!

Descent website, poor customer service. Have tried several times to get a simple address update for my account.
Somehow they "made up" an address for me and slapped it on my account.
Tried using the website, to no avail. Called, on hold forever listening to marketing tapes. Now I'm trying secure messaging, still waiting on that but most likely it'll be ignored as well.
They offer many "ways" to reach them but none seem to work.

Needed an ATM card replaced last week. Called the Main Branch and spoke with a representative. I asked them if we could get a replacement that day at the Westminster branch where we live. My wife picked it up hours later! The turnaround was immediate! I have a number of loans and accounts with this bank and have not had a single issue yet, only years of exceptional service.

I HATE dealing with IC credit Union. About 15 years ago I had 4 accounts with them. Personal, Savings, Business and a savings for my granddaughter, but under my name, SS, etc.... I moved, and a few years go by and I go to withdraw money for my Granddaughter. IT'S ALL GONE!!! They took $10.00 a month out because they couldn't contact me for THAT account. All 3 other accounts were moved to my new address, but not this savings one. I actually had to call "Help me Hank" for advice. They called IC credit, and magically the money was "partially" restored. I closed ALL accounts

The website is terrible but in person is always pleasant. I try to link my bank account to credit karma and I used credentials that are personal to me (my name 2 different ways, initials+last 6 ssn) and passwords that are also personal to me but for some reason when it lets me in, it asks for text/call verification and none of them are my phone number. I was alarmed at first but there's no suspicious activity in my actual account. I just don't know how to access it and wish they could change or update the website.

This is a posting as a third party observer to what I would call a despicable act of an "upper corporate entity" that I've ever witnessed. The scenario actually plays out at a neighboring bank, of which the very CEO of this Bemis Rd. branch visited, and yes the CEO did announce his name.......several times.....and title......at this second location where this CEO was attempting to cash a check. Not a big deal thus far. Also bare in mind this is not an IC Federal Credit Union he was attempting this transaction, it is only approximately two blocks away from said credit union, but a

I have been banking with IC for many years and they just do not appear to care about a customer who has been with them for so long. Some folks are nice enough, but others only care about the bank policies without so much as listening to what the customer is asking for or needs. I understand banks have policies and for good reason....I also have policies, one of which being I only recommend things that have customer service and loyalty at the forefront. I would not recommend IC for this reason, go elsewhere and establish a relationship because I just don't feel you will get that here.

I appreciate the consistently high level of customer service I receive at IC Credit Union. No matter which branch I use, the tellers are so helpful and willing to work hard to find a solution when there's an issue. They are always friendly and welcoming, even if I have never seen them before! Other banks (without naming names, of course) should take note of how the employees at IC treat their customers.

After my bank account information from another bank was compromised, I decided to open up new accounts here. I have heard nothing but good things and decided it was a great choice.
I met with a member of the management team and opened my accounts with what I thought was no issue, until my boyfriend went in at a later date to add himself to a joint savings account which was also set up during my visit. Apparently not only did he have access to our new joint savings account but he also had access to my person checking and savings, which I did not authorize.
