At Eclipse Power Yoga we teach Baptiste Power Yoga. Whatever your passion in life, Baptiste Yoga will provide a pathway to your full potential as a great leader. The Baptiste Institute practice and programs, founded by Baron Baptiste, are designed to empower you with the focus, training and insight you need to achieve consistent results in the most important areas of your life.
We heat all of our classes with Infrared Heating panels located in the ceiling of our practice room. Unlike forced-air heating systems, our infrared radiant heating panels do not blow dust or allergens, they do not release any emissions, chemicals, or pollutants and help keep the air around you clean and clear.

I am so thankful for the welcoming staff and warm environment. There are a variety of classes to choose from and the instructors are awesome! I joined the November Challenge and discovered that yoga brings more than just strength and flexibility into my routine. The community at Eclipse Power Yoga is inclusive, joyful, and energizing. The teachers are talented, encouraging , and kind. The people I have met this month are a delight. I like it so much that I decide to commit to practice at Eclipse Power yoga throughout 2022.

They say congratulate yourself for showing up and leave all doubts/worries/frustrations of the day on the mat. It has become a second home and family to many of those who attend. We practice together. We Learn together. We laugh together…. And occasionally drive the instructor a bit mad w/ the jokes. If you have ever wanted to try yoga, I would highly recommend Eclipse. Be present in the now.

I'm making a new review because I'm obsessed with eclipse! I love Erin, Shalise and all the instructors. The only complaint I have is that I live a little far away but that's not their fault!
I love feeling like I can practice yoga here and just BE. All the students and teachers are so friendly and no one is going to judge you. Everyone does their own thing because ultimately yoga is YOUR practice and I love that. Very affirming and safe space.
If you've ever wanted to dip your (flexed ;) ) toe into yoga this is the place to try.

I cannot say enough nice things about Eclipse Power Yoga and Erin. It is such a welcoming environment and a wonderful place to practice Yoga. This is my first venture into Yoga and I have always been very nervous about all exercise classes in general so I haven't done them, but the staff at Eclipse goes above and beyond in every regard. You are welcomed at the door and into class and the community wherever you are coming from. Thank you!

I honestly don’t have words for how wonderful this studio is. I’ve been a member of quite a few studios and none compares. The owners, Erin and Scott, and just wonderful people. Each and every one of the teachers is perfection, with their own style of teaching. Most of all, it feels like home, like a real Community, where you can show up, just as you are, and feel safe to be yourself, and work through your stuff, whatever that may be. There are morning and evening options for classes, and it’s just a wonderful place. I am so very grateful that this studio is here. I’ve taken classes from

This is a studio like no other! Scott and Erin and the other teachers have created an environment that is really welcoming and inclusive. I appreciate that while there is a focus on Baptiste power yoga, there are other styles offered throughout the week too. The space is beautiful, and the instruction is top-notch. So glad they have started this movement in Spokane!!
