A routine eye care visit is essential to ensuring your eyes are healthy and your vision is the best it can be. We utilize our skills and the latest in technology to determine visual acuity (how clearly you see) and to look for signs of eye diseases. Many eye diseases, like glaucoma, have no noticeable symptoms until they have progressed to a point where vision loss can occur.
I am an independent doctor of optometry who chose to locate my practice at Wal-Mart. I do not make income from selling glasses or contacts, only from providing comprehensive exams and treating ocular disease. We provide a thorough exam with advanced diagnostic instruments to evaluate your vision needs and uncover any other ocular conditions that may go undetected, if not regularly monitored.

Rose Optometry delivered one of the best eye exams I have had and this is coming from someone who has worn glasses since they were 5 years old. Being new to the Chula Vista area, I did not have an optometrist so I picked the one closest to me. And with online scheduling, I was able to easily schedule my appointment and fill out my paperwork before my appointment, which was such a time saver. Rose Optometry is located inside a Walmart.
