Due to the long distances nature of a lot of trips, Customers are kindly requested to inform us with the changes or cancellations on international flights 5 Hours ahead of time, on Domestic flights 3 hours ahead of time. Driver will meet passenger outside at passenger pick up area, unless is requested we will pickup inside for an additional charge.

We need a credit card to HOLD reservation only. If you wish to pay with Credit card, it must be presented to driver upon service. Credit card will only be charge if no Cancellation call was made prior to dispatching driver.
Q How much notice do you need for a reservation? A Ideally we require 24 hours notice reservations. Early morning pick-ups must be reserved by 9pm on the previous evening. Generally speaking, the further you are from the airport and the earlier your pick-up time, the more notice we need. Last minute calls are not usually encouraged but we will still try to accommodate them.
All non-emergency Medicaid Transportation in the county are managed and is subject to the Prior approval of Medical Answering Services, LLC on behalf of the New York State Department of Health and such approval must be obtained prior to incurring expenses. To participate in the New York State Medicaid Program a taxi provider must meet all applicable State, County and Municipal requirements for legal operation.

Booked a luxury vehicle for a client and they showed up in a minivan. When I called to complain, they said that is what was available and that I should call to confirm a luxury vehicle when booking a luxury vehicle. There are a lot of other companies out there, my advice is to use one of them! Never Again!

The lady On The phone is rude and unprofessional I feel sorry for her!!The driver charged my mother 85 dollars to go 25 miles round trip to mahopac they did wait at the restaurant for 11 min ....expensive but that's their business....never use the so called service again ...MANY OTHERS WONT NOW EITHER...BUT THEN MY MOTHER LEFT HER CREDIT CARD IN THE CAB THE DRIVER TOLD ME HE WOULD DROP IT OFF AT THE KENT POLICE BUT HE DIDN'T!!! THEN THE POLICE CALLED AND THE NASTY RUDE WOMAN SAID SHE WOULD CHARGE A FEE TO DROP OFF TBE CARD TO THE PRECINCT!!! UN REAL!!! IMAGINE NOT HELP AND ELDERLY PERSON AND DROP

The lady Ruth that answers the phone is completely rude and answers the phone as if she is doing you a favor that she doesn’t want to do. She gives you attitude but watch it if you give her attitude she gets offended. Also she cancels your rides although you can’t walk and are going to medical appointments. What a lack of respect I never want to use this company again.

The worst taxi company, no matter what, they never show up on time. I have no problem waiting the allotted amount of time if its accurate. Please don't tell me 15 min when it takes you half an hour (on a good day). Drivers are nice and hospitable, but just give an accurate description of when your ETA is. Poor dispatching if you ask me.

I decided to use Mahopac taxi again for a night out. I pre-arranged multiple pick up times and locations and they didn't disappoint Armando, our driver, was awesome!! He arrived in a spacious van, was prompt, courteous and so wonderful!! I would use this company again and will certainly continue to recommend to friends!

We are forced to use them a lot. The owner is the worst. She makes a lot of mistakes and then points fingers at me when she strands us. She makes up stories and is very accusatory. I wish there were an alternative for us, because she treats us like crap. The other employees are okay, some make mistakes but then try to make up for them.
