My son needed a ride to his high school for a sports match and he was given $15.00 so he could pay for the cab ride and have money for lunch. The cab driver did not tell him the amount for a 2.3 mile ride. He gave the cab driver the whole amount of $15 and the cab driver never returned any change. When I called the company to inquire about it they told me the cab driver gave the change back. My son said he had no money left for lunch. I was told the fare was $7 or $8 dollars so why would the cab driver take $15 ($10 and $5 dollar bill)? It was dishonest to take $15 from a young high schooler who

Terrible UNRELIABLE company. I called and the driver was over 30 minutes late. I made it known that I had an appointment and I was late because of this company and the driver STILL continued to drive slow. This company doesn’t deserve to be in service and the driver with the black headband and curly hair deserves to be fired since he has no regards for his own customers.
