As you explore your options for psychotherapy, you are taking an important step toward feeling better and improving your health and well-being. My aim as a therapist is to help people envision and move toward positive change. I provide a safe, supportive environment, unwavering optimism, and a respectful and collaborative attitude.

My clinical expertise lies in the thorough assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders, including obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and distress associated with medical conditions. I also specialize in women's mental health issues through the life cycle, such as pregnancy-related, post-partum, parenting-related and menopausal depression and anxiety.
Services
I provide psychotherapy integrating psychodynamic, interpersonal, and cognitive-behavioral therapies with mind-body and behavioral medicine approaches to help each person achieve balance and well-being. I work with older teens and adults. All therapy sessions are provided by video or phone. In addition to my private practice, I also provide video telehealth CBT and ERP therapy for OCD through NOCD (see treatmyocd.com for more info).
