Love this place, only place I'll let work on my X6! Juan, Michael and all the employees are of the highest caliber. Honest and fair pricing. Personally, went the extra extra mile for me. Having been diagnosed with cancer the entire staff put integrity before making a buck. Im not sure exactly how much it should have cost but they worked on my truck 2 days solid fixed other things. Topped off fluids. Cleaned my car, encouraged me through this time....and charged me like..67$. Just labor should have sevral hundred. Im not suggesting I nor anyone else deserves that kind of discount, but it shows their

Love the service and attentiveness of the staff and technicians here. I’ve been bringing my car to this place since 2016 and always felt that the pricing was fair and service and repairs always exceptional. My car is a 2011 model and it still works great! I know it’s because of the care provided at North Houston Beemer. I definitely recommend!

Service from the start was 10/10. From over the phone communication and booking the service appointment to receiving my car back. Where do I begin? HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 5 stars don’t do North Houston Beemer justice. I have had BMWs for years and have been to many places and no one is as fair, honest and as kind as the staff in this place! The owner is such a personable, pleasant and knowable young man. Every time I go they go above and beyond their job to take care of me and my car. Fairest prices in town!!!

Let me say: these guys are honest. Take that to the bank.
The BMW dealer told me I needed to replace the control arms on my X5M to fix a noise that had developed. They said the control arms were shot and that led to a clicking sound at low speeds.
I brought it to these guys to do the work and they didn't replace the control arms....why? Their mechanic said the noise wasn't coming from the control arms and the control arms were not bad. Instead of taking my $1500, they charged me $500 for a lesser repair, and the noise is gone.
BMW of the Woodlands still believes it's my control arms. Strange
