We have been living here for almost a year, and we love it!
It is an older apt, so we had a few issues in the beginning. However, they took care of the issues right away. Stacy, the property manager is just AMAZING! and Mike, the maintenance guy is very nice/friendly!
100% satisfied!

I’m a firm believer that the service you experience when searching for an apartment community is the same level of service you can come to expect from your apartment management, and Amherst is top notch. Beautiful floor plans and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend you call and arrange a tour.

I stayed in Amherst place for 4 years. Safe and beautiful neighborhood. The Apartment and Townhomes are newly upgraded and very well maintained.
I had wonderful stay in Amherst place and I would recommend this place.
Leasing Manager Ms.Stacey is friendly and cooperative. Mr Mike is quick in addressing any maintenance problem. My best wishes to Amherst place team.

We moved in not too long ago and despite some uncontrolled challenges, we are very satisfied with the place and the staff. Stacy (property manager) is very friendly and Mike (maintenance) is very professional and quick in response. Would recommend this place for sure.
