After taking my Specialized Tarmac road bike to two other shops for a creaking and clicking sound while pedaling (that no one could fix or figure out), (the dreaded, it “could be bb , pedals, thru axel, anything…”) I took it to Revolution (where I should always go now) and within 24 hours they had gone above and beyond to figure out the issue and fixed it. I’ve had the problem for months and now it’s as good as the day I bought it. I appreciate how much they care. Thank you!

Highly recommend. I was looking for a bike for my 13 year old son. After calling all the bike shops around, they had the best selection in our budget. The staff was really helpful, patient, and informative. We bought a Jamis bike (found it cool that it's a female owned company). Thank you Revolution, I think he'll be really happy with this bike for many years to come.

A real gem - super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I recently ordered a bike over the phone - Sam went over all the specs including accessories, ordered and delivered the finished product - a highly capable dual sport 4 Trek with a tubeless set-up. I’ve since ordered a bike for my girlfriend and again Sam was great. Really nice to find an accommodating shop like this with genuinely nice people - I highly recommend them!

I had a really good experience. I dug my bike out of storage and it was in rough shape. Less than a few dollars later they had me back on the trail. Good social distancing practices in place and honest people. Will be returning tomorrow for more modifications to make me more comfortable whilst riding 👍👍👍

I ride an e=Bike quite often and after years of promoting them, my friend decided he needed one, so he called Revolution in the middle of a Pandemic bike shortage. I came in here a few months ago to buy a new bicycle-I have to say, it was kinda small inside, and there wasn't that large of a selection. I felt like they should have had a wider variety of different types of bikes to get a better idea of what you're looking for. Maybe the people who usually come in just know what they want or already have bikes. The bikes they did have out on display were nice though, and the staff was very friendly and nice. It was also very old feeling with hard wood floors-very homey inside!

I was so excited when a bike shop opened in Saugerties a few years ago. My husband and I are both cyclists so having a convenient place to go for bike parts, accessories, and maintenance is great. They are always really friendly and repairs are done quickly. Revolution Cycles is definitely a welcome addition to downtown Saugerties!
