Passion, pride, and performance are BFGoodrich values that have stood the test of time. As a maker of superior performance tires, we're proud to say we've been passionately performance-driven since the beginning. It's what led us to the pursuit of creating truck tires tough enough to tackle some of roughest terrain on the planet, yet still maintain excellent road manners.
Uniroyal tires are built to traverse any task with ease. Uniroyal tires deliver outstanding wear and handling at affordable prices. Each tire is high-quality and incredibly dependable. The company constantly pushes the boundaries of innovation with each new line of tires. It's no wonder Uniroyal has been a success since 1892-we know the business and know what drivers need.
Your tires are the only part of your vehicle that connects it with the road and are responsible for safety, comfort, mobility, and fuel economy. Proper tire care and maintenance are, therefore, very necessary to ensure your tires stay effective. Do not waste your time like they wasted mine! Since they were bought out by AAA in 2019, their customer service has dropped, and I no longer trust them. Here's why you shouldn't, either. The check tire pressure light has been on in my truck for a few days, no matter how often I fill the tires to the required pressure. I was concerned that there might be a slow leak on the tires -- which I had just purchased from this same shop a few months before. I dropped my car off when the business opened at 0730, after I had booked an appointment for that time online (which they never acknowledged

Not impressed. The rep I dealt with was very good however the Rear Coil Spring replacement estimate was $893.95 in total; $236.99 for each spring (x2= $473.98) plus $419.97 for labor.
The shop gets springs for less than I can and I can buy the same springs for $79.99 each (x2=159.98) from Rock Auto.
The labor required to install 2 rear springs should take an hour for these pros ($150 per hr) but their estimate was $419.97 for labor (2.79 hours). I would say shop around before making any commitment. They were very good at one time but this time I'm going elsewhere.

I've always had 5 star service from this shop, until now.
Last year I ordered tires online and had them delivered to the shop to be mounted and balanced. It was no problem.
This year, I did the same thing, and they had me come pick up my tires and go somewhere else to have it done.
The smug guy at the counter said so proudly, "we only do 'OUR' tires".
Ha, so, THE Tire Shop has decided they don't want my money anymore, simply because I didn't buy tires through them. Real smart, idiots. You do realize I'm going to spend my money elsewhere now, right?

Zero sense of customer service. Sense that you are in the way of them doing something else. No insights offered for alternative solutions or recommended fixes. Nebulous response for problems/recommended fixes. Used to be so much better under previous management. Avoid like the plague, go to VA Tire or others before going here.

This shop is beyond a fraud. I took my 2006 GMC SIERRA 1500HD 4X4 here to have a front end alignment done yesterday after having new tires installed as well as both passenger and driver side inner and outer tie rods replaced. The so called mechanic who was supposed do the alignment placed my truck in the bay and removed it back to the parking lot within 5 mins stating that he could not due the alignment because as per the mechanic the tie rods were loose and unable to be aligned. After paying $32 dollars for 5 mins of pure laziness I left and took my truck to another shop to have the alignment

Que and the team at The Tire Shop went above and beyond today. We had a spare tire mounted on the car with stripped lug nuts and no replacements. I pulled into the shop for the first time ever and shared my issue with Que at the front desk, and 15 minutes later pulled out with with a newly calibrated and mounted tire (I brought) and 6 new lug nuts . . . all on the house. I'm still amazed at the level of customer service and will definitely be returning for my automotive needs. Thanks Que and team!

BEWARE: This place should not only be out of business but the employees there, especially the state inspector, should be held accountable for their actions and the danger they put customers in. My girlfriend dropped off her 2016 HRV for an inspection and left to run errands. She was called later by the front desk telling her that her car failed inspection due to a bad left front ball joint and quoted her $289.48 + $20 inspection fee to repair. She did not move forward with the repairs and picked up the car right after. I checked the ball joint and saw no physical issues with the ball joint and

I came in to get a new tire as I had popped my old one, I waited in line for an unusually long time when I first got there and Tracy helped me through my time here and I found her to be confusing and and unpleasant to talk and she told me that I should come back tomorrow morning when they gave me a call, they called me around 3pm and when I came in instead of greeting me she rudely asked me "where did you park? Give me your keys" and then ran off with my keys. She needs to work on her customer service and I don't think I will be coming back here. I don't usually leave bad reviews

Don't go here, I made an appointment and they didn't order the tires. It's a tire shop! How can you not order tires for your customer?! I made the appointment two weeks in advice! This place is trash, customer service is nonexistent, and if you care about your vehicle go elsewhere. Literally the worse tire seller in the area or any other service! In my 36 years in this earth they have to be the worst experience. Sorry doesn't cut it! I went to another shop in the area and guess what they had everything together in 5 minutes not fumbling around for an hour. Saying "Oh we

The Tire Shop or Entirely Rip You Off Shop... Wanted to sell me tires but wouldn't put them on my rims because I already purchased my TPMS sensors. However, if I would have purchased their 40% mark up sensors it would be fine...
Needless to say, every other shop in Leesburg had no problem with selling me tires and installing my brand new TPMS sensors.....
Tire shop is WACK!

One of the reasons that I brought my business to this place is that they supposedly guarantee their repairs. My repair was "guaranteed" but when the repair failed and asked for aD, I got the run around. Bottom line is, they refused to reimburse me and stated that I couldn't prove that their poor repair job was the reason for my incident so they wouldn't reimburse me. If you want to find a REPUTABLE facility that really guarantees their repairs, don't come to The Tire Shop in Leesburg, Va!!!!

I am so thrilled with my experience at The Tire Shop! I requested a quote online for a headlight restoration after my car failed inspection due to cloudy lenses. I quickly received a detailed phone call from Manny and scheduled my appointment. They offered me a ride to work with their shuttle and also picked me up when the service was completed. I was amazed by the results, my headlights look brand new! Compared to other shops in the area, the price was reasonable and the service was wonderful. Thank you all so much for your hard work!

Avoid this place with like the plague! Called to order two tires from this place and initially I was surprised at how quickly they got them ordered. My husband took the car in to get the tires put on. He came back to pick up the van and they informed him that two lug nuts were not functioning and the tire was not safely attached. Of course they could magically fix it for an additional $300. (How about you fix it for FREE since you caused the problem and broke the lug nuts) The week before the car had been at the Toyota dealership to have a 60,000 mile service and they checked the tires and

My grandma took her car here last year for maintenance. She was charged $6 for an oil filter and during her oil change at Valvoline in Sterling a year later, they discovered that the Tire Shop never changed her oil filter! The oil filter was from an old Valvoline oil change she had in 2017! Unacceptable.

The laundry list of issues with this place...
Here we go. Well first I had a flat and a cracked rim and went to get it replaced. They tried selling me 4 tires and said its illegal for them to just put one on since my car was rated for W tires when I has H on them. I ended up talking to my regular mechanic who at the time was much further away and said I would never go fast enough for it to matter and they were trying to seriously RIP me off.
A while later my mom went in for a transmission repair and that surprisingly went smoothly however they parked her car in a tow away zone and it got towed

Customer service needs some brushing up. I wanted 4 new tires, but had a bent rim. I had to talk them through their options. So do you fix bent wheels? No. Do you know of a place that does? No. So can you get me a replacement? Yes. How long would that take? Anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks, sometimes replacements are hard to find. Scheduled an appointment, went in a week later with an OEM wheel. "We don't install customer furnished equipment." Ok, I'll take my business elsewhere. It would have been nice for them to give me what the options were and what their limitations were when

I wish i could give 6 stars. My family has been taking cars here for everything from standard service to new tires to repairs to keep them on the road for YEARS. Personally, I've been taking cars here since I could drive and I wouldn't go anywhere else. In fact- I now live in Reston and still drive to the tire shop. Andrew, Jason and everyone else there has always been super nice, quick, patient and fair.
As an example, I took my 4runner to Toyota for routine maintenance (learned my lesson with this trip). They called me and offered to perform a front-end alignment since my truck was
