The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.

My dad recently passed away and we used Jackson’s Professional Funeral Services. Mr Jackson was amazing through the hole process. He was very helpful and kept my family and I up to date on everything. He did a beautiful job on my dad’s obituary and memorial service. Jackson Professional Funeral Services recently handled the funeral services for my dad who died on July 22, 2020. My family and I had to fly from Texas to plan my dad’s services.
