If you looking to be rush or things not done professionally this is the place for you. My mother passed Nov. 21, 2019 hospice recommended Brady and his team. Although some of his things were ok. Its January 23, 2020 and we still haven't received my mother headstone. He also messed up her birth date and messed up the death certificate as well. He has had plenty time to fix the issue and still has not.

Brady was phenomenal. He made a very difficult time for us a little bit easier to deal with. He was the right person to assist at the right time! He was an answer to our prayers. He made an indelible impression on our family. If there were 6 stars, he’d get it. How we long for the day when death will be no more-Revelation 21:3,4, but in the meantime there are those like Brady who handle matters related to death, with the sympathy and professionalism needed. Thank you Brady for all you did for our family! Keep up the good work.

I am absolutely disgusted on how the owner, Brady, treated me regarding my mother‘s ashes! We had a good initial meeting, but after that he would never give me the update, never did her memorial cards for her services, and never put her in an urn for me! I had to call him on 4 occasions and ask for the update! Finally I told him I don’t want his urn ( it was a special order, his recommendation too), just give me my mothers ashes! I was promised ALL of it within 10 days, but CERTAINLY not 1 month and 4 days later !!!. My God, what would I have done if her memorial service was within 3 weeks

We want to express our experience with Brady and Nathaniel at Magnolia Cremation. Two of the finest most compassionate men at a very difficult time for our family. I highly recommend their service in your time of need. We are proud to call these men our friends and wish to thank them for their services and care and concern they gave to our daughter.
