What's going on with the weather, is this a part of the curse known as "Global Warming"? Whatever it is I don't like it. First, the season started with unusually cooler weather with occasional rains which are very rare in May in this region. And now we have the longest. Recently I participated in a panel with six other winemakers to discuss our views on the different styles of wine.

At Di Arie we aspire to make your special wedding day romantic, personal, intimate, and smooth. We have three different spaces for your guests. We offer a separate space for Pre-Event wine and Hors d'oeuvres, a reception amphitheatre with a prominent stage and overhead theatre lighting, a Ceremony space to accommodate 120 guests, and a covered romantic dining space for up to 120 guests.

If you only have time to visit one winery in the area, make it here. A lot of area wineries make decent single varietals, but nobody comes close on blends, which I prefer for their taste and complexity. And as an added bonus, the owners Chaim and Elisheva and all their staff will treat you like family.
