I've been going to Brandon for a few weeks now and have already noticed changes within myself physically and mentally. He has helped me with nutrition and what I am putting into my body to make sure I am getting the results I need, along with providing some different recipes that stay within my calorie intake. He is very knowledgeable and informative about the "why" of an exercise so you understand what it is doing to your body for your own benefit. I always walk away from a session feeling accomplished, driven and that I have learned something new. Brandon is very accommodating with schedules

Having Brandon as a trainer has helped my overall fitness in so many ways. Not only does he stress muscle toning but also balance. Ive tried multiple personal trainers and Brandon has to be the best hands down! He has given me the best workouts I have ever done.
