Great spot to get and stay fit. Not cheap but well worth it. They are not the typical crossfit gym. They go above and beyond to include everyone, and never look down 9n new comers. The owners are pretty great and very accessible.
Edit:
I have been a part of this gym for roughly a year. I just had a billing issue and instead of being Jenks about it the owners went above and beyond to help TAKE CARE OF ME instead of trying to make a fast buck. Thank you so much guys. I love the gym and the community you are working so hard to take care of.

While on a work trip to OKC I dropped in at CrossFit 405. Excellent programming that seems to be modeled after CompTrain Class. Solid coaching and very welcoming members. The space is well-equipped and large. Despite it being 97 degrees out, the gym wasn't too toasty. I would definitely go back! Thanks for the hospitality!

My husband and I just graduated from the initial on ramp course last week. Honestly we learned so much. CrossFit gave us the knowledge on lifts that I have been wanting to learn for years. Holly was our primary coach during on ramp and was so great. I was skeptical at first because CrossFit seemed very intimidating. But class after class I gained more knowledge and confidence. It gave us our fitness goals back into our life. Seriously thank you holly and the rest of the team for undeniably amazing coaching skills and workouts!

I dropped in to CrossFit 405 when I was in OKC for a day. The coach Joey was a very welcoming coach. He invited me in even though I was early to the class. He allowed me to mobilize, warm up and even shoot hoops before the class started. The community was also really good. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I will go here again for sure when I'm in OKC.

There are a whole lot of CrossFit gyms out there, but Crossfit 405 is one of the best gyms in OKC.
Not only is this a gym with great instructional staff, and a great and clean facility, this gym really cares about their people. There are normally weekly events for you to hang out with your fellow gym-mates which can be a great way for you to get to know the people you are working out with.
They have plenty of gear to purchase so that you can rep your gym too.
At Crossfit 405, you will be taught correctly and encouraged to get better. I highly recommend checking out this CrossFit gym whether

If you've paid much attention to the fitness scene over the past few years you've probably heard of "CrossFit" training.
