Timely, kind, and professional. My heater core went bad and leaked into the cabin of my vehicle. The team at Rockwall Auto Repair remained transparent throughout the whole process. They fixed the issue much quicker than I expected.
Additionally, the owner (Lance) goes above and beyond for his customers. I have health issues and ended up needing to sit down for a while in the shop. Lance sat and talked with me, gave me water, and just hung out with me until I was ready to head out. He cares about people and it shows through the hard work he puts into the vehicles he services!

My husband attempted to write a much more comprehensive and critical review of this establishment and Google isn't displaying it. One has to suspect this is how Rockwall Auto maintains their high review standards? This repair shop was demeaning, offered totally unnecessary services and ultimately did around five minutes of "diagnosis" of our vehicle for $90. We learned nothing new about the condition of the vehicle and were simply offered services we'd quite recently had performed (and which were very obviously not needed). I'm glad so many others have had positive experiences with Rockwall Auto

This place earned my family's business after the first time we went here. They were friendly, fair, honest and went above and beyond even showing me every part they replaced on the car as to why and where each part was worn. As far as the Rockwall area goes, Ill never take my car elsewhere!!

I couldn't recommend Lance and his team enough. They diagnosed all issues and set an immediate plan for repair. Was honest about all services and prices. They did not try to take advantage and add pointless repairs to drive up the cost. Very good, wholesome people who you really need to give your business to. You will not be disappointed.
