We've been taking our automobiles to Horizon for 5 years. They have always maintained and serviced them in according to the highest standards at a reasonable cost. We take advantage of the fact that we can stay warm in our cars during Heath winters and cool during Royse City summers, but our vehicles' air conditioning and heating systems are fairly complex. We were having issues with my sons heater in his truck and we ran it by Horizon Auto Repair to get it checked out. Met with Chad and he looked under the hood, started up the vehicle, and checked a few things. It turned out to be a very simple fix and he took care of it. Asked him what I owed him and he said no charge. It is nice to know there are still good, honest businesses out there. We will definitely go back to Horizon Auto for future repairs. Thanks Chad!

I had my car towed in the afternoon on a work day because all the motor oil leaked out. I got everything taken care of through the phone without having to go in until I picked up the car. I received text and email updates and got a call as well when my car was ready for pickup. It only took a few days. They were recommended by two friends.

I had a headlight out on my van. I was at another shop getting new tires and asked them to fix it for me. They tried but said it wasn’t the bulb and thought it was a sensor or something else. Went to Horizon and they got it fixed right away. It was just the bulb. Very professional and friendly.

My vehicle died in the Tom Thumb parking lot and I had it towed to Horizon Auto. The fix 'seemed' easy, a starter and a control module. It wasn't the case, my used vehicle was from the the NE, and it has some corrosion to include a ground cable that was making things a bit crazy to trouble shoot. The fine techs at Horizon figured it out, replaced the bad ground, returned the new starter because it wasn't the starter at all, and got me back into my vehicle.
