I have taken my vehicles to Southwest Car Care on 3 occasions, and have have received great service. I have had a radiator and thermostat replaced, a transmission linkage repaired and a full transmission service maintenance performed as well as routine oil changes. Additionally when I was shopping for a used vehicle for my son Southwest Car Care performed a buyers inspection on our vehicle candidate to give us peace of mind that the vehicle was as advertised. I’ve never written a review on anything in my entire life until this one. You can imagine how much it would take for me to actually take a minute and write one.
Never would recommend this place to anyone.
Had a awful experience that got my truck absolutely nowhere and now may end up losing it completely.
Took my truck in and replaced what we thought the issue initially was. Cost me over $900. Less than 300 miles later my truck is having the same issue except worse. Took it back in and said there was nothing that they could do for me about what was replaced for $900 and also my truck now has

If you want your vehicle taken apart and NOT put back together.....then this is your place!!! That happened AFTER we paid over $4k less than a year ago...and they didn’t fix it! My Daddy, a Vietnam Veteran, spent a lot of money on this truck, and they have no respect!! We now have to pay to have it towed in pieces because we won’t use them to repair for an insane amount of money!!I wouldn’t support this business ever again!
