Rita Mincin goes above and beyond to ensure customers are more than satisfied. She has great communication skills and is a selfless hard worker. We were treated like family and this helps ease the stress of moving, selling or buying. There is no high pressure, which I love and value! Regarding customer service, I would give Rita 1000++++++++… stars — even more (and that’s for a scale of 1 to 10!!!) I highly recommend Rita Mincin to provide real estate and property management services for EVERYONE!!! I also strongly recommend Rita Mincin be given a raise!

I called in on a day I wanted to see a house and the Lord blessed us when Tony answered the phone. He showed me that house along with 100 others any that I had requested without any hesitation. He was not afraid to wheel and deal on the houses which is SO important. He has the knowledge that only one could pray for when house shopping and overall the best person we have ever had the honor in doing a business transaction with. Gina was an absolute pleasure to work with when selling a piece of property for a family member. She handled all the extra paperwork for power of attorney execution like a pro. My girlfriend and I moved into one of their homes a few months back and love every minute of it! The home is in great shape, well maintained, and reasonably priced. Rita and Gina have been great so far answering any questions we have and are always quick to respond with a request.
