I love the unit that i am currently living in. Due to the pandemic my income has been reduced.(with no fault of my own) I was given resources by Waterstone Management Company for Rental Relief who was able to assist me and my family by bringing my rent current. The following month I received notification that Waterstone has revoked my rights to renew my lease which has caused me and my daughter who has a disability in search of immediate housing. I reached out to management and explained my situation which management refused to reconsider there decision or to even place me on a probationary status

We were really interested in moving here, the floor plans are great! However, our leasing assistant Reanna was so rude!
Whenever we spoke, I felt I had to get off the phone quickly. Reanna's tone gives me the impression that my calls are annoying her. It's likely she has been treated rudely by residents in the past, which has led to her defensive stance. When I was a teenager, I worked in customer service and dealt with so many entitled people, so I totally understand burnout! But sheesh! I try to be as nice and bubbly as I can to any rep I speak to, but in this case it didn't help with our conversations

I’ve been here 2 years and for the most part I have enjoyed it. I think the pandemic has put a damper on living here and not just here, I would imagine just about any community. But at the same time I got to enjoy my home more since I’m now home more. I got a chance to decorate my balcony and I’m so glad I did.

Dont bother to waste your time or money and find another place to live NOW. This place is too expensive and the neighborhood has really gone downhill compared to two years ago. People upstairs constantly screaming and fighting and no control of their kids.
Management, ownership and the name of the complex has changed names so much in one year that I didnt even know what to call the complex anymore. Maintenance has no clue on general repairs. Tony installed a brand new toilet crooked (what an embarrassment!!!) and it leaked for the last two months we lived there. Management never gave a straight

I moved to this residence in August of 2017, to be closer to family in the area. Change can be an emotional adjustment. I am a senior citizen who lived in my old home for more than thirty years and it was a stressful decision for me to move. My relocation, however, was made easier with the help I received from Tamika Matthews and Rachel Sellers.
These young women have treated me like family. Their outstanding attention to service and the maintenance of the property makes this a comfortable environment to live. They also motivated me to use the workout room and pool.

I finally visited the dwelling after driven by a few times to my doctor’s office in Crossroads and was amazed. I was greeted by the manager and was upbeat and willing to help. After speaking with me, she told me about an apartment that fit all my needs. I asked her opinion on a few things and she pulled out a measuring tape to illustrate how my furniture will place in the apartment. I would never forget her smile and how proud she was to tell me about the management company, apartment layouts and amenities. During our walk, she every name and car that passed her by. Visited the Property during the summer and really loved the layout. The community is very nice, quiet and the units are very impressive. We loved the space and that Home Life feel. However, we did not have a good experience with the Leasing Agent that assisted us. We almost felt like she was bothered by our visit. She was not very interested in showing us the units we were considering and almost came off condescending in her delivery with our questions. I would hate to give a 1 star on this property as I would hope that she is not a reflection of the property in itself. We are looking at this property
