This is long overdue, about a week ago I brought 25 shirts from my clothing brand that had been chemically stained in the process of my production, I was so worried about what to do with all these stained shirts that I couldn't sell, I brought them to EZ Cleaners and they were able to take each stain out perfectly! I am so glad my friend recommended me to this great business! The staff is very friendly and work with you if you have any concerns/deadlines. All in all a great business that saved me big time!

I dropped off my suit to be dry cleaned and altered. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication and it wasn't altered correctly. I brought it to their attention, and they offered a full refund for alteration and the dry cleaning. Mistakes happen everywhere, but the customer service here is excellent, and I won't take my business anywhere else!!

I used EZ cleaners to have curtained sown together to cover a very large window....I noticed when picking up the curtains they did not line up the pattern. When I asked about the pattern not being lined up they said that would cost extra. I was pretty disanointed, I would consider lining up the pattern just common practice for doing a good job. First and last visit to this place.

I've been using EZ Cleaners for a few years now. I used to go to their San Marino, CA location, and was pleased that their relocation wasn't far away, and just up on Colorado in East Pasadena (close to home). They offer quick service (can do same day), have professional staff, and are always willing to help with any garment. From my suits, shirts, to my wife's dresses and the kids finer clothes, EZ cleaners has never let us down. We just recently dropped off our 9' X 12' rug, and they are even able to clean it. They also have a seamstress on staff who will make alterations

Came here after having issues with buttons on brand new shirts being messed up at a different place in Pasadena.
Great place, really happy with it. A larger place than I'm used to, but super friendly people that I'm really happy with. They seemed to know me in just two weeks and I've got no complaints at all.

Pet peeve at dry cleaners: When they "forget" to get the stains out of clothes you take to them and ask for you to come back to pick it up 4 days later.
New pet peeve: When they loose your husbands $60 shirt, tell you they will call you by the end of the day to let you know they found it, and it should be ready by Friday. Didn't get a call until the following Saturday, explaining that they had "sent the shirt to our other store and misfiled it" but that it was ready for pick up now.
To top it all off, they were unable to get the spots out of the shirt, and then suggested

I've been going here over a year and I've only had good experiences. I usually get my shirts/sweaters dry cleaned here and I also got a dress altered before. The place is neat and clean and the lady there is so nice. My clothes always come back crisp and clean. As for the alteration, it was pretty good. The prices are a little more than elsewhere but I only go because of their coupons. They always have coupons for clothes and alterations and it keeps me coming back! Plus it's super close to home. Things take at least 2 days to clean but I wonder if they do overnight cleaning.

I'm always greeted by a friendly person each time. They have excellent customer service. I've had my suit dry cleaned and shirts laundered here, and both are good and reasonably priced. Recommended!

This place has been spot-on every time I've been there. They offer exceptional service at what I consider a reasonable price.
I dropped off a tuxedo and two dress shirts at Noon and needed them all cleaned next day. They had it ready by 8:30 the next morning!
The staff is all very friendly. In-house alterations from 9am-1pm, and all the staff can do basic measurements and pinning after 1pm.
I highly recommend them and will continue to give them my business.

I found them with a discount coupon and I am staying for life! I used to schlep my clothes to the cleaners and have to race to pick them up before they closed or forget to pick up something I needed for a special event until after the cleaners closed.

The clothes are pressed smoothly and hung with care. If they deliver to your office and you recruit others to use the cleaners, you wil receive a discount.
