I called Sunrise Shutters a number of months ago because I needed to replace some slats in my existing shutters. The man came out and took the measurements, but three weeks passed and I didn't hear from the company with an estimate for the cost and date of delivery. When I finally got hold of someone on the phone, she said the representative who had come to my house had been on vacation. She said the slats would be ready in 1-2 weeks. That was almost a month ago. Since then, I haven't heard anything and I have to assume that my order has been ignored again, for whatever reason. Since there are
