We have been in business since 2005 and pride ourselves as leaders in our local property management arena. We have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community, stay current on the latest property management industry trends and love what we do. I became involved with property management in my 20's after 8 years in the collections field.
As a full service property management company, our team is responsible for taking care of all aspects of managing your rental(s). Our program starts with the preparation of your investment, all the way through to year end statements and everything in between.

We see the process through from Tenant Lead to Signed Lease by managing the listing, speaking with prospects, lead nuturing, reviewing apps, screening, scheduling, executing agreements and more! See our Leasing section below. We proactively begin our lease renewal process about 90 day before the lease expiration.

Highly Recommend! I am so glad I switched to Smart Move PM as soon after my historic North End home needed major and unexpected sewer line repairs. Andrea's team took care of everything from the first emergency plumbing call, including getting bids to replace the 80-year-old sewer line and keeping on top of the repair work, all while keeping me informed at every step. Smart move will forever be our property management company! The team is extremely passionate about their clients and their business. They are responsive, honest and strive to make the property owner’s life easy! This is how all property management companies should conduct business, but they do not!! Smart Move does an outstanding job taking care of our property and our tenants for our Boise rental house. I have rental homes in other states (therefore have a few different property managers), and Smart Move is by far the best property management company that I have worked with so far! If I could have them manage all of my properties I definitely would. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company. The ladies at Smart Move have always been wonderful to us! We have rented from them for about 3 years and have had nothing but positive experiences.
