Currently to keep my clients and myself safe, I am conducting all clinical sessions through Telehealth. Clients can choose from phone or Teleconference, which ever is most convenient for my clients. As a clinician with over 10 years of experience, I have gained an advanced understanding and training in many mental and emotional struggles, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, women's issues, body image issues, and relationship issues.

Mindfulness practices can help us to increase our ability to focus our attention on our thoughts and feelings without judgment. It allows for us to regulate intense emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression and improve our relationships, and be more fully engaged in our own lives. Attending to our relationships allows us to build on healthy relationships, while also ending unhealthy ones.
Depression robs us of joy. Depression can lead to a lack of interest in things you used to enjoy. Depression can take the form of negative thoughts, overwhelming sadness, increased irritability and even anger. Depression can cause us to sleep too much or not at all. Depression is NOT your fault and it is NOT a choice.
Although anxiety is an often natural response to stress, for some people, it can take the form of an overwhelming feeling of dread or panic. People with anxiety tend to react to unpleasant thoughts, feelings, and situations in a more extreme way. These overwhelming feelings may cause you to avoid people or to completely isolate yourself.
Making the choice to seek counseling as a couple is often a difficult decision. By far the best therapist I’ve ever seen. I have tried therapy several times in the past and it never resonated with me. I ended up thinking it just wasn’t for me. Then Dr, Jen was recommended to me so I thought I’d give it one more try and I’m so thankful I did.
