This class is free to all. Donations are welcome if you are in a place to support financially. Banyan will always be a space for all in the community regardless of socioeconomic status. This event is for busy folks who want to learn low-stress nutrition strategies that support physical and emotional wellbeing.

I don't think 5 stars is enough for Megan Knipp Nutrition. If I could give it 8 I would. I did a random google search to find her and am so grateful I did. I truly got lucky. I had been struggling with various food sensitivities for years and felt so discouraged. My doctor's office could only offer so much support so I started looking for a holistic approach. Megan was able to identify what my body needs to be balanced. And the meal plans are by no means depriving! We worked together on my old beliefs around food so that I can enjoy eating all the foods I thought were "bad"

Megan is a true treasure.
I found out that I had a food allergy that's in everything. She helped me to understand and be aware of how I can still eat better while enjoying the food I was cooking. She has food tips and tricks that reflect with your current life style or enhancing it. She is caring, understanding and truly wants the best for all of her clients. I feel so much better in my body and in my mind.

Megan is fabulous. I've attended several of her remote nutrition / cooking workshops, and I always learn a lot and have so much FUN! She is genuine, knowledgeable, and I really appreciate the enthusiasm and positivity she brings - qualities that are especially welcome this year :). She breaks down the steps and information in an easy-to-follow way, and also provides clear recipes and recordings afterwards. Highly recommended.

I reached out to Megan with the goal of healing my relationship with dieting/food, my digestive issues and weight loss and I signed up with her with her 3 month package. Megan has helped me IMMENSELY. I now have stopped counting calories, stopped obsessing over every bite of food that goes into my body, and actually learned how to listen to my body for hunger cues and fullness cues, which is a very interesting change for a chronic dieter! She makes the information accessible and understandable, while at the same time demonstrating her wealth of knowledge about foods and nutrition. Megan is excellent at helping people with undiagnosed GI issues. She can help you manage your symptoms through a dramatically improved diet and appropriate supplements. Her solid, practical recommendations and guidance is flexible enough to work with a busy lifestyle and still get results. She also knows enough to recommend other avenues to explore with doctors and specialists. She is an excellent team player and works towards full resolution of the problems. I thought that working over phone or email might be an issue, but it has never been a problem.

I participated in Megan's Eating for Health live online nutrition class. I learned so many fun ways to jazz up my meals. The information is accessible and I am still inspired by her wisdom even a year after taking the class. She has incredible recipes that are easy to follow. The GF banana carrot muffins are still my fav, along with the nourishing mushroom broth, and her veggie chili. Megan is Magnificent! I would recommend her to anyone looking for practical, holistic, creative, and nourishing lifestyle advice.

Megan is an incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and passionate nutrition professional who I have had the opportunity to work with over the past several years. She is attentive and comprehensive in her work and very easy to talk to about food and health, which can be very sensitive topics. Not only does she provide on-going one-on-one nutrition guidance/support, but she also provides customized personal chef meals if you are lucky enough to get a spot in her schedule. I first reached out to Megan about 2 years ago, when unexpectedly I was having very severe joint pains. I was very scared because my father has Lupus. My doctors prescribed me steroids for the pain, which made me feel really fatigued.
