I recently started with Mike. I have previous sports injuries and was worried these wouldn't be taken into account. Mike has been great at making sure my form is good and always checks in to make sure none of the exercises are hurting. It's been one month and I've lost about 10 lbs so far, feel better, and have gained strength and muscle definition. Mike's approach is holistic and he has helped me eat right, get in work outside of training sessions that is reasonable for me, and has accommodated my past medical/injury history, which, I feel, is what makes his approach sustainable. Mike is an excellent trainer. He will design a fitness program for your personal needs and goals. It's hard work but you will definitely see results. Training with Mike at Hulk Fit Co has change my life. The first time meeting Mike I came in for a evaluation. I had zero balance, completely out of shape, and had a hip injury from a surgery. After two months of working out with Mike coordinated, healthy inside and out, and my hip no longer hurts. To top it off I’ve lost 14 pounds and gained almost 3 pounds of muscle. Mike has taught me how to Live a healthy balanced diet and a manageable workout routine that I will hopefully continue to do for the rest of my life

I have been training with Mike for 4 months now and every session, every month I see progress which has helped my self talk, self image, and self confidence on top of the increased strength and healthy eating habits. He checks in with you, helps you stay consistent. He's well educated and very experienced in all type of bodies and starting levels. Took my first class with Mike and it was awesome! Mike first reviewed my form for all of the major strength exercises and corrected me to make sure I had proper form so I wouldn't injure myself.

Mike then gave me exercises to work on and instructed some how to do so during my class. Between exercises and sets, Mike took care of all of the weight changes and j cup adjustments, allowing me to take a break and grab water before my next set.

Towards the end of the class, Mike went over certain exercises I should be focusing on during the week. Mike also provided me with a detailed meal plan

Ive been trying to shed some unwanted baby weight and thank goodness I was referred to Mike. Not only have I loss inches, my body is more toned and I have more of a shape. (A nicer butt ) and Its only been a couple of months. Mike doesn't only help you physically get get shape, but mentally as well. He educates me in my daily diet, and my extra curricular actives to keep me accountable for when I'm not training with him. I'm stoked and excited that I found a trianer for life!! Mike forced me to workout with a concussion!! (For legal reasons, this is a joke, but now that I have your attention...)

A few weeks into working with Mike, I was seeing/feeling amazing results. Then I had an accident and gave myself a concussion (Outside of the gym! Not by Mike)... I was so sad because I thought that meant all my work had to stop. But doctor cleared me for physical activity and Mike worked extremely hard to customize workouts and plans for me (No easy thing but Mike was super attentive and accommodating). Mike really knows his stuff and literally lays everything out for you. All you have to do is show up and put in the effort to get the results you want. As long as you're following his diet plan he gives you, you should easily start seeing results, depending on how often you workout. Mike's gym has all the equipment you'll need. He's got towels, water, music, and A/C. The workouts never get boring and he always finds a way to manage all his client's schedules. Check him out!

I always thought that I had to follow a crazy diet and a crazy exercise routine to reach my goals so I was always stressed and overwhelmed and didn't have the motivation to even attempt it. I started training with Mike back in October 2020 3x a week with a meal plan, and it's been about 4 months now. I started with Mike at my lowest point. Didn't want to work out or eat healthy at all. Mike honestly he completely changed my life around. He works with you step by step. Where do i even begin? Before joining Hulk Fit Co. i was so intimidated to step foot in a gym or pick up a weight. After joining, i have not only gained physical strength but confidence as well. I had never worked with a personal trainer until I started with Mike in June to get my body into the best shape post quarantine. Mike has changed my life and my body so drastically in the span of 3 months and this is coming from a pretty experienced lifter (been lifting for about 4 years). Mike is an excellent trainer. From the first time we met I knew he would help me obtain my goals. Mike took time to understand my home habits and workout capabilities and then designed a custom program for me. He works with me as a teammate as opposed to an instructor, which keeps me looking forward to each session.

Started with Mike to get myself going and back into the routine of working out again after a long break and some slight injuries. I needed some fresh workouts and someone to push me.
