Silver Lake Psychology is a woman-owned business with an all-woman leadership team, that has become a rapidly growing mental health network across four states. Psychologist and author, Dr. Brandy Engler is the Founder of Silver Lake Psychology. Following the success of her books, The Men on My Couch (BerkleyBooks) and The Women on My Couch, Dr. Engler began a group practice to meet the overwhelming demand.
Your mental health matters. Therapy is an investment in your well-being. Our therapists offer evidence-based therapy. Quality therapy is rooted in research-supported techniques and compassionate, experienced providers. With most Los Angeles therapy appointments costing more than $200 per visit, we offer access to good therapy at affordable rates!
Our Atwater Village therapists offer therapy for a broad range of mental health conditions. Silver Lake Psychology partners with quality therapists with a variety of certifications and experience. Individual therapy is a space to examine your thoughts and feelings, get to the root cause of suffering and work toward overcoming old wounds.
In addition to our North Hollywood therapists, you will also have access to our California-wide network of therapists if you choose tele-health. Choosing an online therapist will increase your access to therapists with various specialties including therapists that speak multiple languages or therapists who specialize in trauma, eating disorders, couples therapy, sex therapy and more.
In-person therapy visits returning soon! Tele-therapy will remain available. This hillside office is reached by one of Silver Lake's famous staircases. The staircase is marked on Hyperion Ave. If you are unable to walk up stairs, let our intake team know and we will provide a different means of access.
