After working seven years in busy clinical outpatient settings, Jason ventured out and worked part time for a small home health agency. It was during this time he witnessed the dire need for physical therapy services in the "home" setting.
He felt a calling from God to serve in this area. Motivated by his passion to help people he started his practice and has been helping people accomplish their goals ever since. When he is not working, Jason enjoys surfing, fishing and spending time with his three children and two golden retrievers.

A full examination of any extremity, neck or back determining the cause of the underlying problem and the solution to the problem. A specific treatment plan will include personalized exercises to restore normal function and strength.
As well as manual therapy (joint mobilization, soft tissue massage, cross friction, myofascial release, stretching and manual traction) and other modalities (electric stimulation, ultrasound) are used to speed up the healing process.A comprehensive examination will determine level of fall risk and detect which part of the balance system is dysfunctional.

Jason Damascus is a highly skilled physical therapist. Through his sessions with my 89 year old mom who is recovering from double hip surgery and muscle loss and trouble with balance, there has been marked improvement with her mobility and muscle strength. She is able to get out of her chair and walk unaided. Her balance has noticeably gotten better.
Jason's assessment of her condition and having her do specific exercises which was difficult and tested her will to do it. She could have easily quit, but through it all, she saw her strengthening of her legs and cardio conditioning improve. I

I've been having neck pains for a few years now and I've tried so many different therapies and professionals - all with little to no improvement. That all finally changed for me after meeting Jason from Makai Mobile Rehab. After my first session I already starting feeling a lot better. Now, after my forth session, I felt compelled to write a review because I'm almost back to feeling normal again and I can't believe it! Jason Damascus is very professional, highly skilled and empathetic.... appointments are easy to schedule and the Plus is he will come to your home ... no worries of being transported if not ambulatory. I went from 25% range of motion after knee surgery to 96% at the end of therapy . The exercises he teaches are easy to remember when on your own .

Jason Dacumos is a great physical therapist! He is professional, compassionate, and patient. The personalized and convenient service you get from a physical therapist who comes to your home is great, and is a big time and energy saver!
