Our Non-Smoking MOTEL UNITS and COTTAGES are perfectly suited for families staying a week as well as the one day traveler. Each Motel Room features an air conditioner, hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, flat screen cable color TV, DVD player, full bath and phone. We have rooms with 1 Queen, 2 Doubles XL (Full XL) or 2 Queen Beds.
Our Motel is conveniently located to all the White Mountain's winter activities. While here, you can enjoy Cross Country Skiing from our door with Bear Notch Ski Touring or rent snowmobiles from Northern Extremes located 1/2 mile from us. Take Rt. 93 north to exit 23 (Rt104). Take a right at the end of the exit ramp. Follow Rt. 104 to Rt. 25 East. You will pick Rt. 25 up in Meredith. Follow Rt. 25 through Center Harbor, Moultonborough and West Ossipee. At the set of lights in West Ossipee take a left onto Rt. 16 North (Watson Convenience store will be on your right).

My fiance and I rented a room from here to enjoy a kid free getaway for the weekend. We stayed Friday through Monday. The staff were super friendly and the price was comparable to other motels and inns nearby. The room was very clean, so no complaints there. The only thing that was a bit of a disappointment with the room was that there was no fan in the bathroom and the window in the shower was not the most functional and was very rusty, the curtains in the one window in the bedroom was very broken and super hard to open and close, there wasn't any actual handsoap in the bathroom so we just used

My family and I stayed for one night in the middle of the week, and we had a blast. The pool was warm, playground was so fun for my three year old and the view out front of the motel is very pleasant. It's not too far off from the center of all that's appealing in North Conway, but still distanced enough that you're no where near the heavy traffic and noise. We'll be looking forward to staying again next year.

I have to say I’ve been up the Conway area many of times and never came across north colony…:this time around I found it on accident and wow am I grateful I did….the prices were exceptionally reasonable for the area, the rooms were immaculate and smelled so clean, the location is great and the playground and pool were incredible and I have to say the owners had great personalities and were so friendly I can’t wait to stay here again well worth it!

Our young kids were in heaven, the playground was the best part of our stay. They were up at 6am to get more play time in. Room was clean, nice upgraded bath, only reason for 4 stars is the fact that air was stale when we got in and since it was about 100 degrees outside, it took a while to get it to a point we wanted to close the door. Beds were comfy and pool area also nice- only very deep for small kids- we had life jackets so kids were ok swimming there

We love, love, love North Colony Motel! This year was our 4th time to stay there and everything has always been excellent. Our youngest granddaughter thinks it is part of Storyland. Amazing playground. Great pool. Very nice enclosed porch outside the rooms. Lots of great places to get food nearby. Staff very friendly and very helpful.

My family stayed at this lovely motel in July of 2021. We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Our two and four year old little boys had a great time on the extraordinary playground. The pool was beautiful and amazingly clean. Donna was very attentive to our needs and extremely pleasant to work with. The proximity to Storyland and Living Shores was an added bonus. We are planning to stay here for our yearly trips to Storyland.

We loved staying here! Location is great, not far from everything we wanted to do. We stayed with our 2 young children who had a blast on the playground! We stayed in a cottage and it was super clean. We had all the cookware we needed to make some meals there. I would definitely recomend, and hopefully we'll be back sometime!

You don’t usually associate “impeccably clean,” “awesome unique playground,” or “family friendly place with well-maintained grounds” with motels, so here’s a diamond in the rough. A great place for those with young kids. Nice heated pool. Special, unique playground. A fire pit, a clothesline, multiple grills. Very convenient to StoryLand. Only criticisms were the WiFi was spotty and the time on our alarm clock was wrong, but that wasn’t enough to knock a star off my review. Reasonably priced, great location, clean, and a motel that’s actually fun to be at instead of just a place
