Beware - provider scheduled many counseling visits with my teenage daughter and then waited 6 months to bill me, he said my HSA can pay for it! I never experienced anyone who A-make it their business of how a bill was going to get paid and B-Wait 6 months to send a statement stating "Past Due" - crazy!!! Not ethical - at all.
