This is by far the best run Bilingual Preschool in the city! As an Idaho Educator since 1991, a current AP Reader and former AP Spanish Language instructor I recommend my dear friends of Veronica and Brian’s school without any hesitation. Your children will be lucky!

Our daughter attended Garabatos for 3 years from the age of 3 to 5. We were not specifically looking for a Spanish immersion preschool but had been searching exhaustively for preschools for a number of months. We were looking for somewhere that had a small number of students, would be nurturing to each individual, and felt like a safe and comfortable place to learn. Although we had visited locations that we thought would be acceptable, we just had not found any place that we felt was right. We Love Garabatos! Both of our children are students (one currently) and can't say enough good things about it. The teachers are caring and attentive, while also encouraging the children to be responsible little people. They provide a safe and friendly environment of care and learning. Our favorite aspect of the school is the genuine love that all the teachers show towards the kids. The play-based atmosphere has helped our kids learn social skills and aided their early development.
Learning Spanish is certainly a bonus- our child's Spanish is so authentic that native speakers are surprised to learn

My daughter has attended Garabatos since their North End location opened at the end of October, 2018. Everything about our experience with Garabatos has been incredible. The curriculum (Spanish immersion with yoga classes, gardening, cooking, art, science and math, etc), teachers and environment are amazing. We love being a part of this community and are so grateful to have found Garabatos.

The excellent program at Garabatos nurtures the whole child with art, music, nature, language and more. Veronica, the director, is meticulous in the way she cares for and teaches the children. This is a high quality program with experienced and caring staff. Our son attended for two years and learned so much. He continues to love all forms of art and learning Spanish.

We love Garabatos and are so pleased to hear about a new location opening! As a household of English native/Spanish foreign language speakers, we feel so fortunate to have had our first child (and hopefully our second in 2020) attend Garabatos for preschool. Knowing Spanish is not only important for us as a family, but will enrich any child’s life in this globalizing world, and we know that experience with native speakers from a young age is invaluable.
