Services
Brooke & Mark taught and coached at the high school level prior to moving to Bend in 2006. Brooke started working at Bank of the Cascades in the Treasury Management Department where she consulted with business owners, finance directors, and executives on deposit services and fraud prevention. She also volunteered on the board of the Family Access Network Foundation for 10 years, serving as the Chair for the last 2 years.
Our property management team always strives to ensure our tenants receive the support they need to remain satisfied with their rentals. I was apprehensive about hiring a property management company in the beginning, but was immediately relieved when we went with BGPM. Brooke and Mark were very patient with us, understanding our situation, and were also so thorough when explaining how they operate. I like how they are keeping their agency smaller, so that we get more personalized service. Brooke and her staff are always immediately available to answer any questions from our renters and from us. Their online platform makes transactions and communication so seamless. They care about their tenants and owners and it shows!

BGPM is such an amazing group and I highly recommend them. My husband is in the Army, so our schedule is always a little hectic. Brooke and Katrina are kind, helpful, and always there. They helped us rent our house sight unseen and worked with us during our unexpected move. They were quick to respond with any work orders, and kept the line of communication open. We love our rental and are sad to be leaving. If we are ever back in the area, we will be sure to use their help again. Thanks for everything!

Mark and Brooke are a dynamite team. Their ability to complement each other in the residential real estate market is best of class. My wife, Hayley and I moved back to Bend from Denver utilizing Mark as our Real Estate Agent. After spending nearly a month looking at almost every property on the market we came to the realization that timing was becoming an issue. We finally made the decision that a short term rental is needed. Not realizing the supply and demand of the rental market (nor the duration of lease agreements) we learned that short term rentals are hard to come by. Then, poof, here comes

We couldn’t be more appreciative of Brooke and Mark... our move to Bend happened quickly and finding our ideal home was harder than we expected. We found ourselves en route to bend with a dog and toddler and the right house didn’t seem to be out there. With no stress on our end Brooke was able to get us in a month to month rental (in bend!) While we worked with Mark to find our dream home.
