There's a lot of things I don't like about this apartment complex number one the fact that they take time handling important matters and blame it on the consumers when it comes to certain things on the bill and they are always having an issue with trash service times what is the point of paying for trash monthly I have never seen pest control yet we are still getting a charge there's so many things that I don't like about the apartment complex it's beautiful don't get me wrong

Moved to this Community almost 2 years back. The community is serving as best as it can for the residents and makes the best effort to keep the ambience so vibrant. The community has very good gym, a well maintained pool, washer and dryer facilities and very big car wash with vacuum. There are some beautiful tulips around the community which adds beauty to this place. The community is gated which improves the security. The maintenance is very quickly connects t and address all the issues promptly.

This is the worst apartment complex in the Lewisville/the colony area. Muddy and dirty apartment building entrance way. There are other apartments on Leora lane that have wayyy better apartments updated and very spacious. Lakeside's main office runs a shady business. The show room vs actual apartment completely different. When i moved in the carpet had a huge black stain that came out when we cleaned the carpet so that let us know the carpet was not cleaned upon us moving in. AC in master bedroom would constantly leak! They would always have someone come "fix it" but the issue was

Great pool and gym area. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues and the gate is always fixed fast whenever it is broken.

Sharon Blea property manager created a FRAUDULENT move out ledger. You cannot break a lease, that has ended. You cannot charge me 3 months rent while leasing unit to another resident. Lakeside refused to renew my lease--- sent me a 60 day notice invoking "their right" to refuse renewal. I left at lease end; gave back keys, cleaned unit spotless, have emails and voicemails for proof. Received a ledger for $1407. In July 2016. I disputed saying I should have received my deposit of $900 back! Then in December 2016---their collection agency

Nice place to live quite and safe. A lot of surrounding retailers and restaurants. Close to the highway.

This place has gone downhill since new management took over (well over a year ago). Previous reviews about the facility or Brezan employees are almost 100% accurate. I'm just glad that I moved when I had only a couple months of my lease left. Yeah, they're pretty quick to respond when it comes to getting paid.

Also, consider that there are 3 other complexes on this tiny street, 2 of which are only a couple years old. And there's another new one around the corner - you have options.

Dishonest management with unlawful practices. There is a leasing agent named FRYAL and her manager, Debbie working there. I put down $55 application fee and $200 refundable deposit to apply. I decided not to move in, so I asked for $200 back. She got frustrated and started repeating "your deposit will be forfeited!!" on the phone.

Later on, I confirmed that they will return the $200 deposit but it has been 3 weeks now since they said they will return the deposit and have not responded to any of my requests/questions regarding my deposit they are illegally trying to steal. (I even have

When I moved in here it was managed by Greystar and it was excellent. The staff were friendly and easily available, maintenance requests were handled quickly with a note left to let you know what they did and how they resolved it, and they had an events team that did social events three times a month to encourage a sense of community.

That all changed in December when Breznan Management took over. They are based in New Jersey and have no connections to DFW at all. The new front office staff can't do anything. Need to see your ledger? They don't have access to it. Need to discuss a renewal

When I first moved here 3 years ago, life was grand. We are now under Brezan Management and it is AWFUL to say the least. Management isn't responsive and very rude. They don't clean around the complex or the workout room. It's so many things that have happened, and I can't wait until my lease is over. I don't recommend moving here and spending your hard earned money on crap.

We've had new management for about 8 months now and they are still awful. The staff in the office are very unfriendly and they have never tried to get to know the residents like our old management did. They have also gone through quite a few different workers. The grounds are dirty and muddy (the pictures on Facebook are far from the truth). The pool is small and crowded on weekends because there is no limit on guests. No one works in the office on Saturdays, so good luck getting ahold of someone if you need anything or have packages in the office. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part

I visited Lakeside 121 for a one bedroom apartment based on positive reviews on Google and Yelp, but I wouldn't necessarily agree with those reviews. The location is somewhat difficult to find but is located on the southbound side of Route 121 after you make a right on Leora Lane. It's fairly close to the Pier 121 marina area of Lake Lewisville.

I absolutely love this place! If I don't buy a house by the time our lease is up, I will be staying for sure. I highly recommend this apartment complex. My boyfriend and I are musicians and we also have a dog, but we never get complaints, and we don't often hear anything from other apartments. The office staff is amazing! They are so friendly and very helpful. They encourage the neighbors to get to know one another, so we feel part of a community.

They have a car and dog wash area, a pool table, a pool, security and have events every week.

The only complaints I have are that some residents

I'll be honest, when I was apartment hunting there were places in the area slightly cheaper, but none had a gate or an on site security guard. That goes a long way towards feeling safe when I'm running out to the car after dark, or leaving for work before light.

Additionally, the one-bedroom I'm in has TWO DOORS into the bathroom, which keeps guests out of my bedroom. It doesn't sound like much, but my housekeeping skills aren't the greatest, so in a pinch I can just shut the bedroom door.

The staff are all great and super helpful, and my neighbors are mostly great
