I move in January 14th and I’m super excited. Janett Gauna is my all time favorite person! She has been beyond helpful to me. She’s such an amazing worker and did everything to help me no matter how annoying i felt she made me feel wanted and never made me feel bad for having questions ! She 100% deserves a raise !

I loved living here. This was my first apartment and I had such a good experience. The apartments are reasonably priced and have such a cute and boutique style layout! Daymond and hiss staff were always super friendly to me and helpful. Maintenance was super responsive and I always felt safe as a single woman. Would definitely recommend!

I would really recommend this apartments yall ! There perfect they are super close to town , the staff have been really helpful and friendly ! Thank you Daymond for your help really appreciated , he helped me move in ASAP . Answered all my questions, Love the pool , not to mention the neighbors are really friendly and calm . Almost forgot and the prices are reasonable! Thank you so much staff .

The fact that you have a tenant reporting a rat problem for over a year now and nothing has been done it's absolutely ridiculous. I can't imagine what else goes on that they don't take care of. But a call to code enforcement is necessary at this point and I think the health department as well. Rats carry diseases and there are children in these units. Something needs to be done!!

There's a handful of beautiful apartments on this street, pick any of them besides this one. I've lived here three years and every year I regret why I renewed my lease, this year will definitely be my last.
I removed a roommate from my lease which caused a big tech issue on their part. I could no longer login to pay rent or submit maintenance requests. (Of course my AC broke down during this time.) It took them three months to figure out how to fix my account. During that time they placed all the stress on me to figure out how to pay them during business hours with a money order check

I moved in to the apartments a little over a year ago. I can say that I have never had a better place to call home. The staff are all so friendly and are always helpful with what ever problem I may have. The maintenance is done within a day of placing an order. The pool, gym, office are always so kept up and clean. I would definitely recommend this wonderful apartment complex to anyone. Which I have done multiple times already. That won’t change any time soon. Thank you so much!

The office staff is great! They work well together. They are nice, and very helpful, along with being friendly. The maintenance staff is friendly, and good at their job. The pool is very nice. The residents are friendly, too. I’ve only seen one bad apple here in almost 3 years. The dog parks are nice.

I moved to Texas from Chicago a short while ago, and I was looking for a great place to move into. I was told that Bella Madera was the place to be. My leasing agent was friendly and very knowledgeable about the property. I love my new place and my kids do as well. The property is well maintained and the staff is amazing!! I couldn’t have picked a better place to live!

Bella Madera was a great experience when we lived there. Very welcoming staff and I LOVE their two bedroom floorplan on the third floor with tall ceilings. If we didn't decide to buy a home, we'd still live there for sure. The apartments are also very close to so much shopping and a short drive to entertainment!

The good : almost infront of 121, cause it's very convenient if you works in frisco , dallas , Denton and sorroding areas, close to the lake, close to walmart and some restaurants, they building a new Kroger just around the corner of this complex, free rent movies, nice gym, nice swimming pool, free WiFi and computer center, new cabinets and decent interior. Mantenence is good service.
The bad: two dogs parks and there's no just 1 one park for kids, waste dogs all over, noise neighbors, limited parking spots, some people doesn't respect the handicap parking spots.and some people
