I’ve lived here for months. Just got my car registered last week, and they towed my car in the middle of the night because I haven’t updated the plates online yet. They didn’t give me a warning or anything, and when I went to the office for help, they said that they don’t give warnings when they’re going to tow your car because they’re too busy replying to emails. If you decide to move in here you better be prepared to worry about your car or the car of any guest you have. They will steal your car in the middle of the night and the office staff will not help you :/

I have been staying here for 6 months now, no complaints so far. Maintenance requests are quickly getting fulfilled. Leasing agents are helpful too.
Quite place with no noise or nuisance. Parking spots are adequate. The most important aspect of Safety; one feels secure while walking in the community

I have lived at various properties in North Dallas and this is by far my favorite. The location is great with access to all the popular restaurants, trails to walk or ride, and shopping malls. Living between 121 and Dallas North Tollway makes it super easy to commute to Dallas, DFW airport, and Fort Worth.
The staff is great. Paying rent and requesting maintenance is easy on the website. They have been prompt to all requests I’ve made. Also, I feel safe with the gated entrance. Very private and quiet.

We had an appointment around 1-1:30 for a self guided tour of a 2 bedroom. I was actually pretty excited because the location is good and they look really nice on the outside. However we got there and waited 15 minutes, called the office 4 times and never got an answer so we didn’t even get to make it through the door. Really sucks but it is what it is

Ron is very personable and goes the extra mile to make sure your apartment hunting experience is successful. He made sure my family was comfortable by following social distancing and other COVID related guidelines during our apartment search here.
The apartments are designed to make even the smallest unit feel big. The patios are large and the added storage space is a great deal. These apartments are reasonably priced when you consider the area coupled with amenities. The staff is quick to address concerns and make the move in process virtually hassle-free.

This place is amazing! All the office staff are so welcoming and helpful! The recently updates their clubhouse, gym, and pool which all look great! The complex is at a great location close to good food and shopping. The apartment homes themselves are very nice too and have great space and finishes. I love this place and all the residents are so nice and friendly. Choosing to live here is choosing to call a place home!

This place is absolutely awesome. My husband and I recently moved from our condo to PCH. We had looked and done lots of research in searching for an apartment and chose this location hands down. Everyone in the office is wonderful! Ron was our leasing agent and unbelievably kind, efficient, and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Ron, he is absolutely awesome!! The property manager and the other lady in the office are great as well. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained. We could not be happier with choosing Platinum Castle Hills as our new home.

We are moving into these apartments this month and are very excited. We looked at several apartments before choosing this one. Ron made it so easy for us and was very helpful. The model is very nice and each time we’ve come the apartments have been clean and quite. So far our experience has been good and hope it continues while we live here!

The staff is welcoming and friendly. Apartments are spacious, with appliances of good quality for a reasonable monthly rental. Utilities are also decently priced. Windows are medium sized to large, which nicely brightens the home and creates a peaceful atmosphere. A good place for couples. One bedrooms cost on average $1000 including utilities while two bedrooms are upto $1500 with utilities on average that is.
Here are a few downsides: I hoped the apartments would come furnished and that the initial deposit would be lower. It would also be nice if the staff would take up some of the maintenance
