1 star because 0 wasn't an option. DO NOT LIVE HERE if you have a dog that you want to have a yard. My ESA dog is about 60lb and never had issues before living in a yard. He had a dog door, so wasn't even out there full time to destroy the yard like management said he did. He doesn't dig. All he did outside was walk/run around and go to the bathroom.
There was no drain in the yard, and the next door yard had 2. My yard (and the area in front of my gate) flooded constantly when it rained, and management would never do anything about it. I requested with them and corporate to put in

Former resident. Good maintenance staff, good location, decent price. Management started out good and responsive, but at some point emails would go weeks without replies. The only reliable way to contact management was to walk into the office, and if you work during normal hours you're out of luck. Unfortunately it seems a change in management personnel (company is the same) negatively impacted this otherwise good apartment complex.

Friendly agents, easy app process. I was pushed to move in 2 weeks earlier than I wanted to with the pressure, "the unit can only be held (I think it was 9 days). I have been without a fully working dishwasher since the day I moved in... Multiple requests to repair or replace have been ignored as no house hold appliance is on back order for 6 months. If so... Get a different one. I will resolve with legal action if need be. My buttons have been pushed- trust me. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Living here was completely fine but moved due to a need to be closer to work now and the process of closing out the account has been horrendous so far. I was charged egregiously for carpet cleaning and the line item states 4 years when I only lived there for one year. I also have extra charges dated for water, trash, etc. in the same month in which I already paid for my final month.
I tried to get in touch with the management team to reasonably discuss what I was seeing on my final account statement and I KEEP getting the run around and LACKADAISICAL responses from the leasing team basically brushing

Um. Have you seen the pool?! Of course I love living here!! I’m signing up for a third year. Shon is awesome- he makes the residents here feel like family. Anytime I’ve put in a service request- no matter what it was- they always take care of it right away. The facilities are always clean and nicely decorated. They have events for us - activities, contests, pool parties. I just feel good living here. It’s good people :)

I absolutely love this community at this apartment complex!!! 2 years here and haven’t had a single issue! Their management is fun and kind, their maintenance is prompt if you ever have a problem, and their amenities are my favorite! The pool, workout room, and office room are classy and clean!!! Highly recommend!

I’m sitting on my balcony, in my third floor apartment, facing the street. Originally, I didn’t think I would like the view, but it’s so beautiful at night. It’s a gorgeous skyline. I can see stars in the sky, or clouds rolling in for a storm. The traffic can be loud during the day, but you can’t hear a thing when you are inside. Also, if you want to be close to EVERYTHING and have immediate access to every highway, you have that here. I can be anywhere in my apartment (inside or out) and feel so happy about where I live. I feel safe. I feel appreciated as a resident

They are most unhelpful! I had multiple packages stolen from my doorstep, and despite reporting it, it was never acknowledged. All four of my door locks were busted, and despite reporting to maintenance, they were never replaced. The manager is a broken record of “Oh, I don’t know about that” but literally offers zero help. Who would know about the property if not the property manager? The pool is disgusting- I’m not sure they own a pool vacuum. The whole living experience was a cluster, and the minute my lease was up, I couldn’t wait to get out! Save yourself the

Came in to see the apartments and check for any availability. I was really excited because the pictures on line are amazing. The lady at the desk was on her cell phone and clearly was not in the mood of helping me out! To say she was rude is an understatement! Not only did she not help me or want to show me any apartments- stating they weren't ready to be seen -uhm what? But she acted impatient with me so I could leave and she could get back to her phone! As I was leaving I asked where the restrooms were and she said, "We DONT have restrooms for the public! They're not public restrooms

We have been here for 10 months and we love it! Updated apartment with massive granite island. Best office staff. Andrew is always especially helpful. I spoke to him today with four or five questions that he answered directly and genuinely. Very animal/dog friendly. Dog park improved last year with obstacles that my dog ignores and benches that I sit on. Quick turnaround time from office and maintenance, alike.
