We provide world class instructions with a personalized support so that you can achieve optimal fitness for life. A: Sonki created the program based on his West Point & US Army training, so it's designed to get an individual in the best shape of his life in the shortest possible time. Our training methodology includes a right mix of strength training, cardio, muscle toning, interval training, flexibility improvement, and even some fun games.
Our special adventures twine fitness and fun so that those energetic workouts specially designed to get you in gorgeous shape are countered with evenings of fun and decadence. Group training is an affordable way to hire a personal trainer by sharing the cost while having fun working out with friends or significant other. What you can expect from our training sessions are results, fun, and the biggest bang for your time. Our training methodology includes strength training, aerobic exercises, circuit training, agility drills, sprints, martial arts, flexibility improvement, and even some fun games.
Since starting Sonki Fitness, I have lost 16 lbs and my body fat has dropped from 19% to 13%. For me, in many ways Sonki Fitness has been a life saver. I am so happy with your training! The Sonki Fitness 5-week bootcamp helped me jumpstart my fitness and weight loss journey after having a mostly sedentary lifestyle for almost two years. Sonki's workouts were doable and even fun despite the difficulty level. The gorgeous beach views made the pain so much more bearable! Sonki and the other trainers were extremely encouraging and kind. I generally feel that my energy levels have increased, and I have lost 9 pounds! I'm so grateful for this experience.

After no exercise during the pandemic, I decided to sign up for Sonki Playa Vista with Karen. I am so glad that I did. My mood is improved, clothes are fitting better and I enjoy being outdoors to exercise. I highly recommend joining the next 5 week session!

Sonki is the best! I never used to run due to having knee problems, but I was able to push myself in Sonki's class and eventually was running by the end of the month program. His classes show you that you're capable of doing more than you realize and to feel confident no matter what exercise-level you are at. I will definitely be continuing my work with Sonki Fitness

I have been a SONKI warrior since COVID. I have spent the better part of a year working out in a safe, socially distant, encouraging environment. Sonki and BOOT CAMP has made me stronger...not just physically. SONKI listens and can read every emotion. He pushes his students to do better and work harder. He never screams. He is the best and I am so glad that I saw him training in Palisades Park. Sonki ROCKS!

Can't say enough good things about Sonki and his fitness trainers. Always concerned with safety and maximizing their client's health and wellness, while pushing to achieve fitness goals. Lovely to exercise outdoors in the early morning or early evening. A wonderful experience all round. (Will also note that the people who wrote 1-star reviews have mysteriously never taken this class, which has been going successfully for many years.)

Sonki Fitness is a terrific program and involves directed interval training with a lot of camaraderie. I've done several 5-week sessions over many years and to this day, I would never do such training on my own. I highly recommend this program to anyone who simply wants to get started exercising in a structured and fun environment, to those who wish to improve and maintain.

I went to Sonki's bootcamp for a few years when I lived in Santa Monica, and I cannot say enough good things about it, I wish I could find the equivalent in the Bay Area. I've tried so many other bootcamps, and nobody comes close to Sonki -- he has a way of motivating people without being intimidating or pushy (even though he's in incredible shape and was an Army fitness trainer). He just makes you want to work harder, and the results show as I was in the best shape of my life when I attended them. Even at 6:30 in the morning, the hour would fly by, and I never found myself looking

I'm about to complete my second session of Sonki Fitness bootcamp. I attend both the 630 AM with Gabe and the 630 PM with Brianna, in Playa Vista. I use the unlimited training option which helps provide ultimate flexibility. I highly recommend this bootcamp program over the others I've tried in LA. The classes are small enough so that the trainers can provide personalized attention by offering modifications depending on your level and accounting for injuries.
The classes are only an hour but every single minute is used. I love how we don't take breaks to ensure that intensity is maintained and

Shortly after joining Sonki Fitness over a year ago, I went to the orthopedist with pain in my back and was told I needed a total hip replacement at age 54. I'm a very active person and my lifestyle was catching up with me. However, after working the Sonki program and putting extra emphasis on strengthening the muscles around my hips, I am pain free and med free and nowhere near the surgeon's table. The program makes it easy for me to modify where needed (no running) but I'm stronger than I've ever been and I absolutely know it's from the intense conditioning I get from

I've been working out with Sonki since 2002! I was at his very first boot camp. He is the best trainer in LA. I literally feel happier and see faster results working out with him than any other workout I have tried. He always is a pleasure to be around, super positive, has amazingly great energy and enthusiasm and it is contagious! Love, love, love this workout and Sonki! Try it! You will absolutely love it too!

I signed up for one class with Sonki, peeled myself out of bed and cycled down to the beach on a bright morning. I joined a medium-sized group of friendly folks who all seemed to know each other and spent the warm-up lightly ribbing each other for being hungover, late etc. Then Sonki, the main instigator of said ribbings, got serious and everyone put their game face on. Been doing Sonki's boot camp almost 4 years. It's become such a part of my life, I forgot to leave a review!

I'm not an athlete. I just want to look good, feel good, and be good. Sonki's boot camp gives me that in a way that's fun, efficient, friendly, yet challenging.

I have been taking Sonki Fitness classes on a consistent basis for about five years. I have never enjoyed working out, to be totally honest. However, I found Sonki Fitness to truly be the best and most effective exercise program that I have ever participated in. It's definitely challenging, but you reap tremendous rewards for the effort you put into the classes. Sonki fitness workouts are by far the best head to toe workout I've ever experienced! Ive had amazing results taking Sonki's classes, and I absolutely love how the classes are centered around nature. Being outside is a huge plus as I am not a fan of gyms...and I've met some of my closest friends as well through Sonki Fitness to top it off. Sonki teaches is a way that is effective, fun, and not intimidating! I highly recommend you sign up. You won't regret it! :)

I must start by saying I'm not a huge fan of working out. However, after trying his book camp, I definitely enjoy it more. Sonki will motivate you without getting in your face. He has a lot of experience and he's a world renowned trainer, so he definitely knows what he's talking about.

When it comes to his classes they are never boring, he is always switching up the work outs so you never know what you're going to get. One thing I love about his classes is that he is always there to help you and he truly does care about his clients and their progress.

I just finished my five-week course. I really did see results! I just love Katie. She is SO motivational and supportive and this is something I plan to stick with. Her encouragement and enthusiasm was so inspirational to me. I highly, highly recommend her class.

I've never taken a boot camp class before though I'm no stranger to exercise. I signed up with 5 or 6 friends for a 6 week course. I LOVED IT. I can do cardio for an entire day without the suggestion but need to be forced to do a single squat for some reason.

Sonki had a way of making us push hard and was extremely targeted, yet did so with a gentle voice. I liked that he made us WANT to get results. I also enjoyed that it was cyclical (easier for us to give our all throughout with an end date in sight) and that he gave us a "test" (push ups, sit ups and a 1 mile run) on

Coming to Sonki's bootcamp in the morning is literally a breath of fresh air. Working out with a perfect view of the ocean, having the fresh breeze cool ya down, and knowing that your breaking a sweat for a purpose always leaves my day with a positive note. The trainers are so motivating, supportive, and tough when they need to be to kick ur butt and get some real results. Even though I may be tired after work, I do look forward to going to boot camp every morning!!!

Sonki is a fantastic trainer -- supportive, positive, effective... and hard. In three months of going to his classes, he helped me drop 10 pounds and get my mile time down to 5:38. His classes are outdoors and the people are fantastic. Best boot camp in LA by a huge margin... I tried others before I found Sonki.

I actually look forward to getting up at 5 in the morning for these classes. Yes, they are bootcamp style, but don't let that scare you off-you will be working your tail off with a smile on your face the entire time (you'll hardly realize that you've been doing running drills for an hour). You can taper the classes to fit your fitness level and everyone there is super supportive. I saw improvements in areas I'm terrible in and can't wait for the nect session.

I've been with Sonki Fitness since September of 2008 and I can't imagine my life without it. The sessions are called Bootcamps, but don't be intimidated by the label. These are high intensity workouts, a major Cardio rush, that will push you to your own personal limits (everyone is at their own fitness level), but are in an environment that is supportive and fun. No yelling, just a lot of healthy sweat and hard work.

I have NEVER EVER enjoyed running and now I can run an under 9-minute mile and plan to do my first 5K in April! Muscle has and continues to replace fat. I sleep better
