We founded Active Renter Property Management in 2011 with one goal-to offer property management with the best customer service in the Phoenix area. This approach is the driving force behind our growth from 0 properties to over 300 in the Phoenix Area. From Phoenix to Scottsdale, to Glendale and Cave Creek, we have spread throughout Maricopa County on a mission to offer the best service.
After your application has been approved by the owner, your property manager or leasing agent will prepare an electronic lease for your review & signature. After your leasing agent has received your move-in funds, you will be scheduled for a move-in walk-through & given the keys to your new home. Walk-throughs are typically done on the day that you move in to cover payment options, renter's insurance, maintenance requests, etc.
Did you know there are incentives for good tenants who want to move to stay with us? If you are interested in moving into another one of our great properties let us know. Most of the time there is no need to complete another application, and we can give you extra time to move from one property to the other.

As a rental property owner living out of state, having a property manager I can trust makes my life 100% easier. I've tried had a few other companies previously, but Active Renter has been the best. They do everything right that other companies don't do well or at all! They are quick to respond to any issues, keep me updated with any repairs or problems, and my tenants are very happy with their services. The best management companies I've rented from in the Phoenix Valley. They accommodated my maintenance requests within 24 hours and implemented some great online tools to pay rent and make maintenance requests. My house was well maintained and you could tell they put some work into updating the property with new appliances. I highly recommend renting from them.

Active Renter has been managing six of my properties since 2014. We sought them out after having some difficulties with our previous manager.
