Working with Kelley to get insurance for my new home was very easy and quick! She was very responsive and answered all of my {many} questions with ease. She was extremely knowledgeable about the plans and options I had and very open and honest about them as well. Cornerstone is definitely the right choice when looking for insurance.

Closing on a new home. Sent Kelly all of my quotes I ran and had other agents run for me. She reviewed them all and provided honest feedback and her recommendations and critiques. She then adjusted them more to my preference and worked directly with lender to finalize everything for the close. I did no work and she was super responsive. Would recommend for your insurance needs going forward.

As I was shopping around for a better rate on homeowners insurance I contacted Cornerstone Insurance. Kelly began searching for policies that were similar to my current one, but at a better rate. Within a day she presented me with several options. I now have a better policy with a lower premium. The staff was most helpful and professional. I would certainly use them again.

We have received a superb service from Cornerstone Insurance. Gina has been absolutely amazing: knowledgeable, professional, caring, courteous, patient, and, above all, prompt. Any question I would have regarding the quotes and policies, Gina would call or reply via email immediately. Have been with them for only two months and they have continually messed up on insurance policy and billing. And when asked about the issues, it was never their responsibility, always someone else who was at fault. I have switched companies because if you can't get the paperwork right, how will you ever get a claim handled properly?

Gina McNairy was so great to me. She stayed in constant contact with me helping me find the right insurance for my needs. Even when I felt I was bothering her by calling her all the time to find out the status between my lender and my insurance policy she just told me that's what she here for and call anytime. What can I say about Pammie Bussey and Cornerstone Insurance? They are superb. Not only will they find you the best insurance coverage at the best price, but when something goes wrong (and that's why we have insurance), they actually stick with their customers and support them through the claim process. Our son had all of his belongings stolen during a military relocation move.
