My name is Brooke Rockwell and I have been a stylist since 1986. I love having the salon for so many reasons: I am passionate about doing beautiful hair and making people happy! Brooke Rockwell Hair Design is a Pittsburgh-based hair salon located at Nova Place on the North Side. Please use 200 Children's Way for GPS directions. We are next to Federal Galley Restaurant. Our mailing address will take you to the front of Nova Place garage entrance. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals.

Lash beauty takes time! Our stylist needs an efficient amount of time to give you the lashes of your dreams. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will need to reschedule and be charged 50% of the service. No call/No show appointments will be charged 50% of the service. This service takes a lot of time out of the stylist's day, please be respectful that their time is money.
A stylist since 1986, Brooke has a passion for making every single person love their new locks! She loves creating one-of-a-kind, perfect styles for her brides-to-be. Senior Stylist Harbor started working as a stylist in the salon in 2000. She has perfected cuts, color, hair extensions, Brazilian Blowouts and Wedding Up-Dos.

This past weekend was my first visit to this salon, and it will definitely be my regular place from here on out. Harbor was my stylist, I went in there with hair that had not seen the inside of a salon since Jan. of 2020. I couldn't even tell you how many various shades of warm tone browns and blondes I had going on from years of coloring. I showed Harbor a few pictures of what I wanted and she created it PERFECTLY! And what I wanted was completely different than what I had. In just a couple hours she changed my thick long warm tone hair to cool shades of brown with perfect cool blonde highlights

This hair salon is great! I had trouble in the past regarding getting the hair style I wanted, but Brooke was really knowledgeable and overall did a tremendous job. Not to mention, she was very professional and nice to talk to as well. I got my hair cut, washed, and blowdried all for a decent price. I'm definitely coming here again!

I have known Brooke for several years and always refer my brides to her for hair! Not only is she the sweetest person ever, she is always on time and does an amazing job. I've also personally had my hair colored and cut by her many times. Her salon is beautiful and clean! Highly recommend her!!

Brooke and her sister were great! They were on time, friendly, sweet, very kind and extremely helpful and good at what they do! They did my hair and all my bridesmaids in a timely manner, they did my hair and my bridesmaids just the way they liked it and we all looked beautiful for my wedding. Brooke was very nice and easy to work with and worked with me on my different styles and options. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely wonderful! I just moved to Pittsburgh and was so lucky to find Brooke Rockwell Hair Designs! I’ve been getting my haircut at the same place for over 15 years, so of course I was a little nervous but they more then exceeded expectations! Brooke and everyone in the salon were so friendly and professional! Vladimir cut my hair and it was absolute perfection and exactly what I wanted. He was so nice and very careful with every part of my cut and style. Can’t wait to come back!

I wasn't 100% sure how I wanted my wedding day hair to look, and she helped me take all my inspiration pics and make the perfect look during my trial and for my wedding day! Myself and my bridesmaids all LOVED our hair and the styles stayed in all day through August heat and LOTS of dancing!

Brooke did a wonderful job styling my hair for my wedding! She always answered my questions in a timely manner and was there to answer the phone when I called. She did a really good job with the trial session and did even better on my wedding day! I was very pleased. She curled my hair so well, it stayed for a couple days! I came in with a headpiece and that stayed in my hair all day. Even with the wind outside, everything stayed in place. I had an idea of what I wanted and it's like she read my mind and started to go at it. She's just that good! I was really nervous at first because I have crazy
